> 3 dayWorks. Doesnt take the pain away totally, but significantly. Stayed on through 3 lap swims over a 5 or 6 day period. I finally pulled it off. No skin irritation. Will buy again. Even reduced the pain during daily movement / chores.

> 3 dayBought: Black precuts To preface, I work with a D1 basketball team and I’m a dancer so that means I shower after practices, treatments, and personal workouts. Cons: The other reviews are kind of untruthful because the tape comes off BUT it will stick right back majority of the time. I sweat perfusely and it was on my foot so it started to come off a bit but once I got dry after my shower and I rubbed it back on, it was stuck again. 2. The application isn’t always easy (if you’re doing it alone) but it will come with time. 3. My main peeve with it is that I got the precut ones. The strips become longer than what I wanted once stretched but I can’t really complain about getting more reach with the tape. Pro 1. Literally everything. I felt like I was walking on a pillow with my ankle and that is my recurrent injury spot 2. It didn’t stop my range of motion on my knee plus it feels like a brace without the limitations of a brace. The tape reminds you that you have an injury because you will feel it stretch as you do certain movements but it won’t hurt nor stop you. 3. After 3 or 4 days, it was still stuck on me. Even the parts that peeled back, were still sticky.

> 3 daySo I bought a bunch of this stuff after I had people recommend it to me. I seen that doctors sometimes used it, so I got some. I was told I had plantar fasciitis for 2 years until an MRI said that instead both the bones at my foot joint were dead. When I thought it was PF, I was doing the wraps they said to do with KT tape and the only positive I got from it was the fact it helped to hold my foot into place. I guess that might be all it’s suppose to do or maybe the fact I didn’t have PF was the reason it never provided me with much help or relief. It’s hard to say. A girl at work sweared by the stuff. I’m giving it 4 stars only because I can’t really say that it was terrible since I was using it for something I never had, but even with my dead bones, it did hold everything in place more than compression socks and it was much less hassle free in comparison to fully wrapping my foot. This stuff is expensive though. My only advice… Don’t stock up on it like I did without knowing if it’s going to be great or not. LOL

> 3 dayI purchased this for support during recovery from an issue with patellar tendons and ligaments. I purchased the first couple of rolls from a local big-box discount store for $20 each. Then I began purchasing it on Amazon for $15-16. All my purchases were for KT Pro, not the original KT tape, so I cant make a comparison as some other reviewers have. The tape delivers what it promises. Its elasticity makes it a good choice for a variety of applications because the tension of the tape can be varied as it is applied, something that is harder to do with a standard athletic wrap. In terms of its waterproof capability, it does last through showers, but will last longer if care is taken not to directly blast it with the shower stream. The online video was very helpful in learning how to properly apply the tape for my particular use. Typically, I get several days of use from an application using the tape I purchased from Amazon. The tape I purchased locally was more prone to peeling off though; Im hypothesizing that perhaps it had been on the shelf in the store for some time or had been exposed to abnormal heat during shipment to the store. So I think theres probably some benefit from purchasing from a high-volume supplier such as Amazon so the adhesive is fresh. As with any tape, its important to clean oils and dirt from the area youre taping. I used alcohol swab pads for this, but hydrogen peroxide on a cotton ball would work just as well. If you clean it well before application, the tape adheres much better. Also, if you cut the strips in half, remember to round off the square corners that result from cutting; this keeps the tape from peeling up on the corners. All in all, a very good product.

> 3 dayOnce I figured out how to place the tape, how much tension was needed, and remembered to use alcohol to prep my skin (first), I felt better than I have in a long time. Its difficult to put the tape on by yourself, but I can do it! My knees and low back felt so much better. KT Tape Pro stays on my skin for as long as 2 weeks. Im desperate to relieve my pain, so I use Original (blue) Dawn dishwashing liquid on my knees and low back after my usual shower or bath, then I liberally soak several paper towels with rubbing alcohol and scrub my knees and low back. While allowing the alcohol time to dry, I either use a hot hair dryer or sit in front of a space heater, warming my knees. Only then do I apply the tape and use the backing paper to rub the tape to create friction. I was amazed that the tape stayed on for two whole weeks. I did have to trim a few small areas that curled from my jeans rubbing the tape. Be sure to watch the videos to decide how much tension you need to use. The first time I put it on my back it hurt badly because I pulled it to much. I was able to reapply the tape and warm it with the hair dryer. I was happy that it stuck again. Also the ends do not stick well to tape. Your anchors must be on your skin with no tension. Thank you for this excellent product!

> 3 dayI tried the KT Tape a while back for minor issues and really couldnt tell the difference. I threw my back out a month ago, babied it, forgot I had the KT Tape. Back got better very slowly, then finally was all better...until I tried to drag a 50 pound mat. Oops. Back went out and I was back to square one, which meant I could barely walk and sitting and laying down werent too comfy either. I remembered the KT Tape this time, put it on the wrong way, and it still made an instant difference in the pain. I didnt expect it to work as I was walking out of the bathroom right after applying it! Im still using a heating pad and a little ice, but hoping I dont have a 4 week recovery period again, and that I can sit at my desk and work. Thank you KT Tape!

> 3 dayWhen I got shin splints a few years ago I tried every product that money could buy. After spending well over $100 and getting no relief, I figured Id give KT tape a shot as a last resort, because what could some adhesive fabric tape possibly do to relieve my pain. My God was I impressed, and back up and running a few days later. This stuff really is magic. Ive recommended and given samples out to people over the years who have had variety of different pains and almost all of them have also come to swear by it. Supposedly the magic is that it help with circulation, but however it works, it DOES WORK. They have a great collection of youtube videos for how to do different applications depending on where your pain is. WHY NOT 5 STARS? -- because Ive found that there are other brands that work just as well for a fraction of the price. I thought that the cotton fabric of the other brands (compared to the synthetic fabric of the Pro KT tape) wouldnt adhere or hold up as well, since the cotton regular KT Tape certainly does not, but I was wrong. I think it all comes down to the adhesive. Still a wonderful product, and Ill still buy it, but when I need a bunch Ill go off brand.
