Greater than one weekWhen I first used this product, I was going through so much muscle pain from the arthritis in my knees and shoulder pains. I work overnights and this definitely came in handy cause I applied it before I started working and would go through the entire night without pain. When it was time for me to remove the tape, I can tell the difference cause the pain would return. Definitely recommend this product to anyone who is active like myself that needs anything that can relieve pain without medication.

Greater than one weekI have lived the last few years of my life with severe back issues. A few issues aided to this, but mostly a car wreck that damaged my spine was the final blow. I had several herniated discs, bulging discs and issues that made day to day living a pain. I did my best to find ways around doing things, but still missed simply working out or even sitting up to watch television. KT tape was recommended to me via physical therapy. I thought the entire ideology was a joke. You mean tape, apply to my body, can make me feel better? It sounds absolutely ridiculous. After a few days, I fell in love, and now, almost a year later, I live daily with strips of tape on my back. KT Tape Pro is my SECOND different tape tried. I had heard a few different things about this tape, and was mainly looking for something that applied more support to my spine. KT Tape Pro does this, as well as applies a fantastic adhesive that lasts for 3-5 days (mine averages about four, depending on my workouts, clothing and showers). KT Tape relieves pain to my spin, allows free movement and adds phenomenal support to my spine. I stand up straight, and have next to no pain. Without tape, it is completely night and day difference. This tape was also used on my fiances sprain foot. She has had several issues with her foot, and reinjured it. After a few days of pain, I decided to apply it to her, and see if perhaps this tape just worked on me. Perhaps Ive become too mentally safe with tape, and was just receiving a false sense of feeling better. Within a few days of having this tape applied, my fiance had zero issues with her foot. Swelling had decreased to none and she could freely move without issues. If you have any sort of body pain, or issues, buy this tape.

> 3 dayThis is the first time Ive ever used this product, and I wont be using it again...well at least not this brand. It claims to stay on for 24 hrs and that it is sweat proof and I call B.S. on both claims. The first day I used it, I taped for peroneal tendinitis, tarsal syndrome, and Achilles tendinitis and within an 4 hours it was already lifting and rolling. My skin was clean, dry and I was not doing anything other then walking around the house. The second time I taped for same issues after I got out of shower was dressed and dried and I immediately laid down for a nap and again when I woke the tape had lifted and rolled up in several places. I was really excited to try this product as I had seen it used and it has been recommended by several people I know that are extreme sport athletes. While on it truly does provide the support to my ankle and foot I was looking for, it truly is a let down that it just doesnt last long.

> 3 dayI bought this because my physical therapist uses it. I have joint issues due to arthritis and carpal tunnel and this is so easy to apply to wrists and at the elbow joint when doing lots of arm and wrist work. It’s a must when sewing, canning, gardening, yard work, cake making and decorating, and bread baking. My hands get a work-out and this works so well to add extra support. My husband uses at work on his knee, and also his wrists and elbows when doing yard work. It’s a great way to minimize even prevent joint and muscle pain.

> 3 daySo I bought a bunch of this stuff after I had people recommend it to me. I seen that doctors sometimes used it, so I got some. I was told I had plantar fasciitis for 2 years until an MRI said that instead both the bones at my foot joint were dead. When I thought it was PF, I was doing the wraps they said to do with KT tape and the only positive I got from it was the fact it helped to hold my foot into place. I guess that might be all it’s suppose to do or maybe the fact I didn’t have PF was the reason it never provided me with much help or relief. It’s hard to say. A girl at work sweared by the stuff. I’m giving it 4 stars only because I can’t really say that it was terrible since I was using it for something I never had, but even with my dead bones, it did hold everything in place more than compression socks and it was much less hassle free in comparison to fully wrapping my foot. This stuff is expensive though. My only advice… Don’t stock up on it like I did without knowing if it’s going to be great or not. LOL
