> 24 hourI couldn’t have been more excited for this delivery to arrive. I have been checking the tracking info regularly and was like a child sitting at the window waiting for her bum dad to show up from getting milk three years ago. Except I was waiting for my watercolors. When they arrived, I excitedly opened the box and was greatly disappointed. How am I supposed to make quarantine masterpieces with pans like this?

> 24 hourI used to be a watercolor painter but stopped for many years. I am getting back into it and bought some sets but was not so pleased with them. Got this one yesterday and I am thrilled. The colors are great made with finest ingrediants and a pleasure to work with. No grainy paint. Smooth as butter. I bought a 2nd set to use when these pans run out. The price was so much better than the discount art supply store. Love it and makes me want to paint again.

> 24 hourThe paints are very bold in color. I did a search of each color on my Canson XL paper and they are vibrant and easy to blend. A little goes a LONG way and these beauties are going to last forever.

> 24 hourThese are simply wonderful. Re-wet very easily, rich pigment, smooth and creamy feel. You can go from opaque to varying degrees of transparency - they are so versatile. Dont be turned away by what I have seen others call a thin layer of paint in the pans - the pans are larger than even a standard full pan watercolor, but much shorter. The result is that there is still about the same amount of paint. Additionally, the colors are so concentrated that this paint will last a long time and allow you to create hundreds of paintings. The packaging is elegant and practical - they are presented so beautifully that all youd need is a ribbon wrapped around the box when giving as a gift. I recommend these paints highly and have nothing but good things to say. A true pleasure to paint with. Ive uploaded a video on YT - search for Review: Kuretake GANSAI TAMBI watercolor 48 Colors.

> 24 hourThe colors in this palette are exceptionally beautiful. My wife cannot stop raving about how vibrant they are and steadfast. She did not care that they were targeted towards beginners. They worked for her in everything she has applied them to. The size of the trays of color are large and fit larger brushes . As well, there are many many colors to choose from. Knowing this product came from and was Japanese, it makes sense that it was priced appropriately. We both highly recommend getting this palette is you love using watercolors with bold, vivid colors!
