> 3 dayThis paint is very vivid. I you are the type of person that likes to mix paint before use, this is not for you. On the other hand if you are like me and ignored ever college art professor warning about mixing paint on the paper (or letting colors bleed together) this paint is for you. This paint blends very well.

> 3 dayThe Paint is great, the pans are very loosely placed in the box, and the color names dont all match the numbers on the. bottom of the pans. A wee bit confusing, you just have to go for it it and disregard the color names. Make you swatch and then try and remember to put the paints or keep them in the same place in the box. You cant tell the color of the paint by the color in the pan (some you can, but mostly no) Its a color painting adventure for the patient user. If you are impatient, try another brand.

> 3 dayLoved the selection of colors. The color in the pan is close to the color on paper.

> 3 dayIf you’re looking for traditional, translucent watercolor paints then this set isn’t for you. If you’re looking for something new, then try these traditional Japanese paints. The pans are nice and big, so your brush doesn’t get all jammed up like in an almost-empty watercolor half-pan. The colors are nice and the paint is a little opaque. Some of the colors feel almost chalky and some have a sheen to them when dried.

Greater than one weekUnique paints, very fun. Different from Daniel Smith or other higher end paints. I enjoy them for quick illustrations. The color combo is very pretty! These are great if you dont plan on mixing much.
