Bought for the wife to replace an older Yoga model, she uses it for school and the battery life lasts a good amount of the week with moderate to heavy use. The touch screen and crispness of the screen are very nice compared to the older model of course.

Shipped without product key for windows 10. Runs on windows 8. TOTAL RIP OFF DO NOT PURCHASE.

Arrived more damaged than advertised, with dents on the front cover and machete attacks on the sides.

Not only does this company have multiple lawsuits pending regarding the YOGA series, but Ive also personally had multiple experiences with my laptop not working. The audio/microphone will go out with no warning, Ive taken it to BestBuy geek squad and Ive been told every time it required an update because the microphone files just disappeared. Ive put in a whole new battery, same issues. The finger reader stopped working this month, the volume button on the keyboard is acting up now too, it wont turn up when I click the button, it just stays frozen on the volume. Same with the volume down button. Certain buttons no longer work, and I am just completely done with this laptop. I have had it for two years and I am ready to sell it for far less than what I bought it for. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE EVER.

After about a month of using this, I had some tech friends take a look at it and they told me the serial number was registered. It runs not media programs well, let alone the screen barely works touch wise. It wasn’t refurbished correctly and now I have to pay the price. Do your self a favor and find a better seller.

Ive had this laptop since the beginning of 2020. I mainly use it for school, but it also works great for entertainment purposes. Other than a small dent on a corner from when my cats dropped it, the laptop has held up perfectly through the years. Its also fun turning it into a tablet.

Just few weeks of buying this laptop, it started to have charging issues. First, it will not charge when am using it and is turn. If i plug the charger while laptop is on, the screen will flash on and off constantly. So, it only charge when am not using it and is off. After that, it stop charging all together. Even if i turn it off, the charger will not charge the battery. It will turn on with charger connected but still will not charge. Just a waste

Battery stopped charging after 3 months. but now it works fine. In the meantime I bought an IdeaPad and I really like this better. I dont really use the fancy flexible screen etc. but I like how compact it is. It doesnt have a lot of ports, but I really dont use them anyway. I hope the battery issue was just a fluke because my return window is about to close.

Such amazing laptop only have had it for a lil bit but I am very pleased to start working with this and its so flawlessly smoothie. Cant get my girlfriend to stop using it!!
