> 24 hourThis super nice looking device! Setup took me literally 2 minutes. Plugged the device, opened the app on my phone and it after pressing the button it was added and connected to my router. One nice thing - Alexa app immediately recognized it - small pop-up notification said: New XXX device found appears on the screen even without asking Alexa to search for a new devices. If you are looking a simple way to control remotely any outlet plug-in device this product definitely for you! Recommended!

> 24 hourI replaced a Gosund smart outlet with this one because it supports both Google Home and Apple HomeKit. I use it to power an amplifier in my basement that runs my outdoor speakers. When I’m out by the pool I have access to Siri on my phone, but not a Google mini. Now I can turn on the amp and send music to the amp (via Airplay with a different device) all from Siri. Because it also supports Google home, I can control it even when my phone isn’t handy. Best of both worlds.

> 24 hourI own several different smart plug varieties from numerous different vendors. The first thing that I noticed upon taking the Meross Smart Plug Mini out of the box was its weight - it feels more solid and well-made than most of the competitors plugs. However, the size is just right - I have a couple of other smart plugs that block the second outlet when being used, or protrude significantly away from the outlet. The Meross Smart Plug Mini does neither, meaning the other outlet is still usable. Pairing with SmartThings was not quite as straight-forward as with the Z-Wave Plus (or even Zigbee) plugs that I have, but I find this to be the case with most Wifi versions. When I opened up the Meross app to pair and add the plugs on my iPhone, for whatever reason, it defaults to the Apple Home app to continue setting up the plug. I dont use Homekit, personally, because so few devices are Homekit certified - so this was a minor annoyance. I could not find a way to complete the setup in Meross without first doing so in the Home app... However, once the device was configured in the Home app, it did appear in the Meross app. I had previously linked my Meross account with SmartThings, so once I opened SmartThings, each of the three Meross Smart Plug Mini devices showed up in SmartThings, and can now be used in Routines/Automations, added to the proper Room, etc. Because I have SmartThings linked to Alexa, I choose not to link Meross directly to Alexa (otherwise Duplicate devices appear), but I have no doubt that this would work seamlessly as well. I would recommend, and certainly would not hesitate to purchase additional Smart Plug Minis from Meross in the future if I have a need for more.

> 24 hourMuch easier to install the super buggy wemo mini plugs I had been buying. Interface with iOS Home can be a bit tricky but generally works OK. Native app is basic but functional, makes we wonder if Chinese govt is monitoring my devices!

> 24 hourAlready had the Meross app for the garage door opener, so why not get the smart plug too? Just as easy to set up, no issues with Homekit or wifi. The fit is spot on - you can get two into a standard double outlet and they are no wider than the outlet faceplate - see photo. Great prices on the multi-packs too.

> 24 hourWorks every time and was a snap to install. The only thing I regret is I don’t have more plugs and more stuff to plug into them.

> 24 hourNice smart plug for the price. Occasionally, needs to be unplugged and plugged back in to reset--mostly the one that is located on the far fringes of the wifi. The others only once in a while. Generally, pretty pleased.

> 24 hourPros: Fairly easy setup Cons: A little large, and fairly loud when the relay clicks on or off Frustration: As you can see from the attached photo, one of the three outlets lost its barcode. Since the 8-digit setup code isn’t redundantly printed on the packaging or instructions, the outlet is unusable. Making matters worse, Meross doesn’t have any clear way to submit a request for support. Update: In the intervening months, Meross added customer support options and I was able to get a response (at 1:30 AM EST, no less), and they were almost immediately able to give me the necessary 8-digit HomeKit code and I was able to get the third outlet in service. To make things even better, they emailed me a printable barcode image that I could print on a sticker, and affix to the outlet so Id never have this issue again. Excellent customer support! Accordingly, I updated my rating to reflect this.

> 24 hourOkay its a cheap one that was good for me for a WHILE... however a month later one of the plugs is ALWAYS disconnecting (on HomeKit) and i have to repair it. I use that plug to control my fan to stop it from my phone without getting up at night and it hasn’t worked the past few days... it’s VERY annoying.
