Purchased these plugs for my holiday lights. Pretty easy to use after a few failed attempts at connecting to my Home set up on my phone. The clicking sound isnt terribly loud, but noticeable if in a quiet room, with a slight delay. Overall not bad though, good value as you get two.

These work great and I have purchased 9 of them now. I use them with Apple HomeKit, and control all of my ambient lighting in the house via “scene” in the Home app. One tip when setting these up: Start the setup in the Meross app and not in the Home app like the instructions imply. If you start in the Meross app, it will ask if you want to setup in HomeKit, then it will launch the Home app and you can scan the QR code. I also bought the garage door opener from this same company and it works great! Excellent support from them as well. I would recommend these for anyone using Apple HomeKit.

Im using iphone 11 to install these outlets on a Smartthings hub Im sure Im just a noob, but Ive had enough smart products to notice ones that havent resolved many install concepts. NOTE - you have to have a Meross account for this to work, would have been nice to know before purchase, I would have just bought smartthings outlets to avoid that process. When you install on the iphone using the smartthings app here is what happens. 1. Smartthings tries to connect with meross app (whick you wont have an account) and you cant add a new account here. 2. So then you download the meross app and register a new account. 3. It tells you to select the device in wi-fi. Except, when you do this apple will force you to install this on the apple home, which is not the same as meross app. 4. Once you complete the install on apple home, then you can reload the meross app and find unbound devices and add it there. 5. Then you can go back to smart things and add the item with your account there. I was not able to find these install instructions on meross site, or through the app. It describes a much smoother process that I cant seem to find.

Okay its a cheap one that was good for me for a WHILE... however a month later one of the plugs is ALWAYS disconnecting (on HomeKit) and i have to repair it. I use that plug to control my fan to stop it from my phone without getting up at night and it hasn’t worked the past few days... it’s VERY annoying.

I bought these to replace my iHome ISP6X Wi-Fi Smart Plugs. They were constantly disconnecting from Wi-Fi, wouldnt respond to HomeKit and would stop responding to the iHome app. Im very impressed with the Meross Smart Plugs! These were simple to setup and configure. They were successfully added to HomeKit on the first try and have stayed online without the need to reboot/reset/reconfigure them. Now when I say Hey Siri, turn the floor lamp on, it actually works! So, if youre thinking Hey Siri, find me a smart plug that actually works, consider these from Meross!

Where has this been? I’m not sure why it’s been either very expensive for plugs like this or there just haven’t been any, but 3 for THIS price? It’s a steal, and it’s essentially plug & play. I only needed one but they’re good to have around for hard to reach outlets or switches.

I wanted reasonably priced smart plugs that are compatible with HomeKit. This 3-Pack fits the bill and it was the same brand of smart power strip I had previously bought that simply just works. If I had to nitpick I’d wish they’d make low profile smart plug.

I have been using various versions of these plugs for about 3 years. Over that time, despite excellent wifi coverage, despite firmware updates, they continued to be plagued by connection issues. I had to manually power cycle them multiple times per week. It was extremely frustrating. Some of them would stay connected for months only to have daily connection issues for weeks after that. It was always a game of chance. The problem seemed to get worse the more of them I used. I finally switched to a z-wave + hub based smart plug at a much higher cost and have had 0 connection issues since. I give these a solid 2 stars, because if you have 1-2 in your home they work ok, and they are very cheap, but they are otherwise a nightmare.

Nice smart plug for the price. Occasionally, needs to be unplugged and plugged back in to reset--mostly the one that is located on the far fringes of the wifi. The others only once in a while. Generally, pretty pleased.

Simple and fast set up with Apple home kit. Affordable pricing with steady performance. I like it will probably buy more if I need more upgrades to a smart home.
