> 24 hourI purchased this product because it said heavy duty WATERPROOF outdoor plug compatible with Alexa. First of all, you can only set the device up using a 2.4 ghz network (not a more common 5 ghz). Then the instructions say it will work in moist environments but to avoid direct rain. Hello? Its an OUTDOOR plug! I ended up giving it 4 stars because once I managed to set it up and placed a plastic baggy over the device outside it appears to be working fine.

> 24 hourI bought these to control my landscape lighting zones. I can have Alexa turn on my landscape lights at sunset and turn them back off just before sunrise. It worked great for a couple of months. Then one of the two became unresponsive. The indicator light just glows lightly but does not respond to any input and the device is unresponsive in the app. I unplugged it and let it sit for a while and it started working again. But a week later the same thing happened and it is dead. I did exactly what I needed when it worked but now Ill have to find a replacement. The other one is still going strong (so far).

Took a copy of my receipt sent it in an email to the company that mkes them. Within 24 hours they responded by email that I should receive a replacement by FedEx on May 16, 2022. Have nothing else to say!!!
