Easy to set up and it picks up Wi-Fi signal from my home to my pool at a pretty lengthy distance (50+ ft). We use this to allow us to control the pool pump with Alexa.

Saw an issue with AirBnB guests turning on the patio lights and leaving the lights on for the duration of their stay. Its a problem for me since this is such a huge waste of electricity and theres no need for the patio lights to be left on throughout the daytime. Bothered me so much to see that the lights were left on and I could do nothing about it. This product allows you to set a timer to turn off anything that is plugged into it. On my next visit to the AirBnb, I plugged the patio lights into this thing. Now I can remotely manually turn off the light using the app or, just set the timer to turn off at midnight automatically. You can even set multiple timer functions so lets say the group has a late night hangout on the patio, the lights turn off at midnight, they go turn it back on. You can have another OFF timer instructions at 2am or 3am and that will turn off the lights again!

This Wifi dimmer works exactly as it should. I am using it for String Lights on my boat dock. I tried a similar dimmer from Palawell but it made my string lights flicker on anything but full brightness. Not the case with this dimmer. It has worked perfectly. It was easy to set up and I have 4 strings of string lights attached to it and working perfectly. I also have it integrated with Alexa and Google. After the issues I have had with other outdoor Wifi Dimmers, its nice to finally find one that works as it should.

One doesn’t need to be a rocket scientist to setup and work these. I know some have remembered the commercial “ even a caveman can do this.” It works and even with Alexa.

Got this for a set of patio lights and setup was fast & easy. Some reviews mentioned you MUST have a 2.5 Ghz Wifi band, and its even mentioned in the printed instructions however I connected without incident to my Comcast XFiniti through my Orbi Mesh Network which only gives 1 network option (5.0 Ghz). Also connected quickly to Amazon Alexa for added easy of control. The only drawback is that the angled plug/cord made it a little tricky to connect to my outdoor GFCI socket with a weather protector on it. But I removed it, snapped off a piece of removable plastic from the weather guard to allow the cord to drop down and close the cover, and PRESTO! I hope this helps others make an informed decision!

I was hoping to get this working with Tasmota firmware so I could integrate it with Home Assistant, however I didnt realize that the hardware has changed and it is no longer compatible. I found another project called OpenBK7231T that allegedly works with this revision, however I was not able to get it flashed. I cant speak as to whether the product works as-is, but figured this information would be valuable to leave here so others dont make the same mistake.

I have 4 of these to remotely turn on roof and gutter deicers at my mountain cabin. Weather service says it snowing I turn them on from 200 miles away. Have worked great for the last year. It would be great if there was one with 2 outlets that could carry 20 Amp but happy with these .

Ive never done an Amazon review so fast, but theres a reason: I got this this morning in the mail and opened and connected it within only a few minutes. Theres a nice quick instructions with just a few pages. I was already close to do the normal WiFi set-up, but then noticed the Quick-Fit Bluetooth connect hint. First I thought this was instead of the Wifi connection, but its just the set-up and its much easier than the full WiFi set-up. The connection has been established in seconds and already works outside in my patio. The Dimming is great and it looks it has good connectivity, even though its not too far away from the router, but some other smart plugs had their problems at this location, but not this one. So for me its actually working absolute perfect, it looks sturdy, its small and easy to connect, but theres just one thing: the scheduling (which is actually pretty easy to do) cannot be used to change the dimming level. So you cant have a schedule for the morning with low light and one for the evening with stronger light. The dimming can be changed within the app easily and even with google assistant and Alexa, but definitely not in the schedule so it will turn on in the schedule with the last dimming level it had before - whatever it was. It would be great if they could add this feature in the future and then it would be absolutely perfect.

I bought these to control my landscape lighting zones. I can have Alexa turn on my landscape lights at sunset and turn them back off just before sunrise. It worked great for a couple of months. Then one of the two became unresponsive. The indicator light just glows lightly but does not respond to any input and the device is unresponsive in the app. I unplugged it and let it sit for a while and it started working again. But a week later the same thing happened and it is dead. I did exactly what I needed when it worked but now Ill have to find a replacement. The other one is still going strong (so far).
