Product is easy to connect, works as intended and have had no issues. Bought a second one for my rooftop after using the first one for the backyard.

Purchased and installed 12/6/2021. Easy to program.Worked great. May 7, 2022 one stopped working. Tryed everything but nothing. Took a copy of my receipt sent it in an email to the company that mkes them. Within 24 hours they responded by email that I should receive a replacement by FedEx on May 16, 2022. Have nothing else to say!!!

I have 4 of these to remotely turn on roof and gutter deicers at my mountain cabin. Weather service says it snowing I turn them on from 200 miles away. Have worked great for the last year. It would be great if there was one with 2 outlets that could carry 20 Amp but happy with these .

It works just as it should so no complaints. Took a little while to connect it to our Alexa, even though directions were included. We had to make a few attempts and flip the Wi-Fi on and off a few times and connecting the smartplug app to the Amazon app was a little cumbersome, but eventually it worked. I wish it didnt require downloading a separate app to work, but its not a huge deal.

The lights are great! They make my home entry so much safer.

You can *set* the dim, but you cant have a schedule *change* the dim. This is disappointing. Additionally, the connecting the device initially is not obvious at all. The app asks for a *sky* blue light on the device. This should not be confused with the *light* blue light (which looks like the color of the sky). Instead it wants a deeper blue. If you get the *light* blue light, keep poking at the reset button until it fixes itself? Im not even sure how I got it to get into *sky* blue mode... I also had it blinking purple for a moment??? Also, the app asks for a bunch of permissions that just arent needed. Location, notifications, BlueTooth... none of these actually do anything! Very much a 2/5. Doesnt do the job I expected and I wish I would have bought a different product. The only benefit is that you dont need an account, which most other devices imply they demand.

Bought the “Outdoor Plug with Dual Outlets-New” and connected to my 2.4/5Ghz (same SSID) guest network on Amazon Eero mesh. Pairing with Google Home was a breeze as well. Everything works as it should. Time will tell if it stays that way.

Set up was a little funky, had it in about 5 tries. Using it to run a 1.5k watt heater in my garage. This thing just doesnt quite have the power flow to let the heater run at full power. So not quite as efficient as I would like. So 3 stars.

This switch is awesome! Just a few, random connectivity issues so far, but... that doesnt really impact me for my purposes. BUT...I want to append to the review by J. Salmi in using Smart Life or Minoston app. After installing either app, I still could not get the bluetooth working for automatic adding. On my Galaxy S20 Android phone, I went into the settings for each app and found that Nearby Devices was not being allowed. NO IDEA why neither app didnt default this or ask me to do so. Once I manually allowed the permission of Nearby Devices, each app immediately identified and installed this Plug entry. (note that you can only use 1 of these apps as the other will have the entry removed). Thanks J. Salmi for your help in spite of all that frustration! :)
