> 3 dayI’ve bought 2 of these and use them with a Hubitat hub. The radio part seems a bit weak - often have to issue commands more than once and they tend to loose connection. By now - about a year into it - on both the relay seems stuck and they won’t work anymore. On an aside, I have over 75 z-wave devices - switches, outlets, locks, dimmers, garage door sensors, etc. so mesh density is not the issue at my house. They are cheap, so I gave it two stars - you get what you pay for.

> 3 dayThis little fellow works great. I was just picking a cheap Z-wave outlet to experiment with and am really pleased. I didnt realize that I could read the amount of power being used from the device. This is cool because I can plug it into something that draws power and use the current change to trigger other events... such as when I turn on a lamp, other lights turn on/off. I really like that you can turn off the status LED - perfect for theaters and bedrooms. Its very responsive.

> 3 dayWhen I first added this device to SmartThings hub, it showed up as a Siren. Then I changed the device type to Generic Z-Wave Dimmer in IDE and it worked fine. But, I found that the blue LED was way too bright. So, I searched on Minostons website for a DTH but could not find anything under Download. The custom DTH is under the Product page. Go to the MP21ZD product page on Minostons website and at the end of the page, they describe in details how to install the custom DTH. Once I did that, I was able to control the blue LED light and many other configuration parameters via the SmartThings app. I also noticed that this device inclusion and exclusion is really fast with the SmartThings hub. All the functions work as advertised. The user manual is very detailed and normally manufacturers do not provide this level of detail. So, overall, it is a nice buy.

> 3 day$29 and separate control of 2 different items. Not bad. Half the price of 2 separate units, and only uses one outlet. Was quickly paired in Vera, but shows up as 3 items. So far only tested, and have not put it in daily use yet. But paired and both channels, or switches work well in Vera. Not sure what the 3rd one is, I consider one a parent device, and the other two are offspring. I just labelled them ans duel switch (the parent), duel switch 1 and duel switch 2, and I only use 1 and 2. The parent just does what #1 does. I thought it might turn both off and on, but it doesnt. Might be a Vera issue, but it is a unique switch, so it might have some quirks in any system. The button on the front turns them both off and on, 1 tap turns 1 on and off, 2 taps turns the other one on and off. Overall, a good value, and cleaner install only using 1 outlet.

> 3 dayAdded very quickly and easily with Home Assistant with zwavejs2mqtt. Basically all I had to do was begin inclusion on zwavejs2mqtt, plugged the device in and it was included within a couple of seconds. Very quick to respond. I had to change the LED function as the LED was on when its switched off. I have it in my bedroom so I dont want anything glowing while Im trying to sleep. The only reason I removed a star was because it doesnt support the transition function while turning on which allows it to slowly brighten to whatever percentage you tell it, so it doesnt blind you in the morning by rapidly going to 100% brightness.

Greater than one weekI love these plugs, they are compact, do not cover the second outlet on the wall, work great with Z-Wave; and the price is just right compared to other more expensive plugs. Includes and excludes from Z-Wave controller very easily. Great product.

Greater than one weekBy far the hardest zwave device to pair. Failed on me in the off position. Buy a Leviton instead. This is cheap junk.

> 3 dayI bought a couple of these to control power to DMX-controlled LED pars on our church stage using the Hubitat Elevation hub. The objective was to be able to turn on power to everything on the stage from our tech booth, and then turn it all off when we leave for the day. In case something got left on, I could remotely turn them off via the Hubitat app on my phone. The switches integrated beautifully with Hubitat, and remote control was easy. All lamps powered thru the switch were well within the power ratings of the switch, and they were all hard-wired DMX (i.e., no wireless DMX). The problem I ran into was that some of the LED Pars would randomly blink off and back on again occasionally. This problem went away when I switched to a different brand of Z-Wave outlet, so I can only conclude there was something in this switch that the LED Pars didnt like. I am going to repurpose these for home use, as I really like these switches and how well the integrate with Hubitat. I think in any normal household application, theyll work fine.

> 3 dayThese are easy to connect but do not stay online. have to manually power them on to get them back on Home assistant. I would not recommend.
