Morakniv Garberg Full Tang Fixed Blade Knife with Carbon Steel Blade

> 3 dayMine came pretty sharp, and with a strop it is shaving sharp. Ive been wanting one of these for a long time. Got it for 90 with the leather sheath. Ive got condor knives and buck knives and some assorted styles of various outdoors/survival knives and this one is unique This does feathers better than my condor bushlore. The spine on this knife is sharp enough to cut your finger if tried, I imagine it would make short work of wood and that it will yank a ferro rod out of your hands if your grip is not firm. The handle is more solid feeling than the 15 dollar mora blades. I believe this will be the knife I will most often choose to take with me from here on out. Condor is great and I love them. Esee is fantastic too, and to be fair Ive yet to get their scandi grind blades but I swear by the izula and junglas. As far as an all purpose bushcraft knife, this mora oozes the spirit and functionality of that intent. This is what Sears and Kephart would have carried if they had the choice

> 3 dayI was looking for a full tang knife that was not too big and this foots the bill nicely.

> 3 dayI have a large collection of knives including some high end bushcraft knives. The Mora Garberg is hands down the best bushcraft knife for the money, that you can get. The leather sheath is adequate but nothing to write home about. I’m going to get a better sheath. The thing is if you loose this knife or manage to destroy it (I don’t know how the hell you would do that). Just order another….a lot of bang for the buck. The scandi grind is easy to sharpen.

> 3 dayI love this knife. It has taken the place of my larger bushcraft knives. Perfect for heavy and fine work.

> 3 dayGreat knive for outdoors use, bush crafting, batons wood good, great for striking Ferro rods! Great product overall, but did not come with the multi mount sheath as advertised. I had to purchase that separate.

> 3 dayIve done plenty of research on Bushcraft Knives and this one will not break the Bank or Disappoint! I cant see a reason to spend more. Easy Scandi design bevel makes it easy to sharpen! I purchased a Duel sharpening Stone 3000 & 8000 grit and sharpened most everything I have. It will stand up to anything!

> 3 dayJust as great as the stainless version, but with the benefits of carbon steel. I got the stainless in 2016 and use it all the time. Now I have the benefits of both knives. The leather and multi-mount are both good options. You can never go wrong with Mora. Another outstanding knife and I highly recommend this blade.

Greater than one weekVery solid knife, carbon steel, will work with ferro rod. MORA quality. Highly recommended.

Greater than one weekExtremely impressive! This has to be the most universal knife that I own. The biggest caution is that it’s a Carbon steel versus Stainless steel. There are 100% pros and cons for each. If you’ve done the research and decide you want a carbon steel blade, you won’t be disappointed with this one.
