Greater than one weekI bought this board to help quiet down my Ender 3 steppers which it absolutely excelled at with its trinamic stepper drivers. I didnt want to wait for shipping from Creality so I ordered from here and its the genuine board. I attempted to check for thermal runaway protection on the firmware that came with the board (as the description implies) with M115 but it did not report on that feature. I ended up reflashing my own bootloader and version of Marlin firmware and its been an amazing and quiet time printing. Accuracy also seems to have improved as the stepper motors are not vibrating as much.

> 3 dayExcelente mejora, muy facil de instalar, para no hacerse lio se desconecta y re conecta de a uno por vez aunque estan bien identificados, al poner la impresora en funcionamiento se redujo el ruido de los motores un 80%, estoy sorprendido por el cambio.

> 3 dayI like that it was plug and play. Very Silent. Not impressed with functionality. I upgraded from the stock Ender 3 v1.1.4 board to the official v1.1.5 board to take advantage of the performance and silent stepper motors but after hooking it up and powering it on the heated runs uncontrolled until I shut it down. Will try updating the firmware, replace, or return entirely. All for ABL.

> 3 dayOK, so the instructions were lacking, what a surprise... Before buying I did a fair amount of online searching to find the correct way to install all the cables (most were obvious, but not all...), which was crucial to a successful installation. But after that the board has worked flawlessly, and has been a huge upgrade for my printer. With its built-in bootloader and increased memory, it has enabled me to step up to editing and compiling my own Marlin 2.x firmware - to enable multiple additional options (leveling probe, PID tuning, and several more), raise the maximum allowed hotend temp for my all-metal Micro-Swiss hotend/extruder, allow me to use my own calibrated thermistor tables, and so on. Highly recommended!

Greater than one weekThough it is a great board it has a major flaw, and thats in the firmware! You will not get complete prints until you have flashed the firmware with an upgraded version such as 1.1.9 or higher or your prints will stop from 40 -60% of the way through. Most definitely more quiet than the original board but it is not complete. Just remember after the install you will have to upgrade marlin firmware and everything will be ok.

Greater than one weekI bought for my standard ender 3 after my friend broke old motherboard and worked great made it much quieter then the original 8 bit one that came with it years ago.

> 3 daySo silent! What a big difference in making the the system quieter. After watching a video on how to replace, taking pictures to make sure things were right, and had everything buttoned up. Straight forward. I feel better that it has thermal protection. Originally gave it 5 stars - but the board comes with a flaw. Marlin needs a 1.1xbugfix patch or the extruder will stop on most prints anywhere from 30-45% completion. You have to flash the firmware. Ugh. Ender 3 Pro.

> 3 dayEven though this is suppose to work right off the bat with my ended 3 pro it did not.. so looses a star there- took me a minute to find the flash for the board/download/and install it but then it worked great. Much quieter and smoother running printer now- all you hear is the fans! Deffinently a worthwhile upgrade- hands down recommended
