> 24 hourSo far, this product has been excellent. Unlike other USB hubs, this hub provides power to ALL USB ports and Im currently using it to charge multiple phones, a speaker, a battery charger, and other devices all at once. This has helped me organize and free up several outlets.

> 24 hourI have a Logitech keyboard (K830). This works well for living room computer browsing on TV. And it has both USB receiver and Bluetooth connection support. However keyboard does not have any mechanism (button etc) to switch between these connection methods. My aim was to use the keyboard across 2 computers (One PC and a MAC connected to TV). Keyboard first searches for USB receiver based connection and then when it is not available switches to Bluetooth. After researching a lot, ended up buying the ACASIS USB 10 port HUB on this product page and connected the power for the same through WIFI smart plug (TP link). Have an Aqara mini switch programmed through homeassistant to control the Smart Plug Power to USB hub. Now I can turn on and off the USB receiver of the keyboard (plugged into the USB HUB). This allows me to switch back and forth between PC and MAC. That is lot of details. Writing here so that it might be useful to any one looking for similar solution. Thanks.

> 24 hourThis seemed like a perfect choice for me since I had so many USB devices that needed power, and for a few months it was perfect. But after a few months I noticed that some ports stopped working. Even after I un-plugged the power and main USB connection, the dead ports did not come back. What was worse, was that it seemed to cause issues with my computer. The first symptom I noticed was that my computer would take a long time to boot. I have an NVME drive as my main drive and it normally takes just a couple seconds to boot. Now it would try to boot up, but then it reboots continuously for 5 to 10 minutes before it finally starts up. Sometimes it wont even start at all and I would have to shut it down and power it back up again. I also noticed that random characters were being generated as if keyboard keys were stuck. I even bought a new keyboard thinking my keyboard was dying. It wasnt until I disconnected the hub from my computer before powering it up that everything went back to normal. Im still using it as a USB power source for my tablet and other devices, but Im keeping it disconnected from my PC until I need to transfer files through it. I hope the manufacturer upgrades this device with more quality components, since usually thats where the problem is when they use cheaper components that dont last long. Update: 6/19/20 I received a replacement hub from the manufacturer about a month ago. Ive been using all the ports and so far it has been good. Will update my review if anything changes.

> 24 hourI needed additional USB slots to plug a few more things in. I read a number of reviews for this product and decided this was the way to go. I WAS SO WRONG! I plugged all my equipment in and then hooked it up to my laptop. It said it needed to restart to update...okay. When it restarted, I received a message stating it was Attempting to Repair. Attempting to repair what exactly? Well, it ended up corrupting my HD and OS so bad that all my personal files could not be saved off. Theyre GONE! GONE GONE! The IT person says they cant save anything. They have to basically wipe the laptop clean and reinstall. BUYER BEWARE! If I could give this product and company a negative score, I would. So unbelievably disappointed with this product. You get what you pay for. I hope someone reads this and decides not to purchase this item. As if a corrupted HD and OS werent enough. Just received a call that my HD needs to be replaced, and that all my personal data (files, audio, etc.) cant be retrieved. Thanks. There are not enough negative things to say about this product.

> 24 hourThis usb hub seems to be working very well. I bought a different one that ran VERY hot and had to return it. So far this hub is cool to the touch, the buttons work well and the only extremely minor criticism is that the lights indicating that the port is active are quite small but visible. Would buy again.

> 24 hourI have used many active powered USB HUB, this one takes the cake. I use a lot of USB external hard drives (wd my passport, ext SSD, etc), and the problem is always, a single HUB (even active powered one with its own power), usually can only handle a few high powered device (in my case, the external hard drives). This HUB however, seems to be able to power all of the devices plugged into it.

> 24 hourI never seemed to have enough USB ports for the multiple USB connected products these days. These 10 should work nicely for my needs. I like the fact that there are on/off buttons for each slot & that it doesnt take up very much desk real estate.

> 24 hourI wanted a way to control external hard drives so that they wouldnt be powered on al the time. This thing is great. I have 6 USB drives hooked up but am only using one USB port on the computer Hit the button for that USB cable, the drive comes online. Do a Safely Remove on that drive and hit the power button for that drive, and its gone

> 24 hourI needed something to power some little things (desktop fan, desktop light, clock, headphones charger, phone charger, game pad, motion tracker) and this works great for that. When using it for computer accessories like a mouse or game pad, it can get a little glitchy, but after doing some research it seems that has to do with the usb 3.0 design (something about limited endpoints that do not allow as many items to run as usb 2.0 ports allow). I am very happy with hit.
