> 3 dayI had originally purchased the 10 port version of this and loved it, but found i was filling it up, so I purchased this 16 port version and have been very happy with it. I have plugged every single type of external device into it i can try with no issues whatsoever. Portable hard drives, Flash drives, external mic, 4k webcam, headphones, both android/ios charging. Every single port is smart and will deliver the correct amperage for the device you plug in. My one request from my previous unit still exists where i wish the blue Power LED for each port was slightly raised, so it would be easier to see from just about any angle. That though is not enough for me to drop it down a star.

> 3 dayI have lots of usb devices at my desk and many backup disks. So I was looking for a powered hub with a minimum of 7 usb2 inputs. It was surprisingly difficult to find, but this one has worked out beautifully. Its compact and the buttons are handy. Its going through a usbC hub to the computer. Ive used it several weeks and, so far, I recommend it.

> 3 dayJust what I was looking for. Plenty of ports for all of my devices!

> 3 dayI love this and one of the best electronic devices I have bought in a while. It does everything as advertised and I like how I can leave cables, dongles, and flash drives plugged in but powered off. When I need the device a push of a button and its on. I love this. My only critique is the power indicator LED is really tiny and hard for me to see, at a little over arms length away. Larger and maybe yellow, or red LED would make it easier for me to see. Even with that Id buy it again.

> 3 dayWorks as described. Used for SDR dongles so I could turn individual units on/off without bumping others and taking a chance of disconnecting something I did not want to.

> 3 dayWorks well. Eliminated an issue of my USB sound card: In Win10, it worked fine for a while, but suddenly needed to be power cycled after Windows booted. Replacing the USB hub with this USB hub resolved that. I have no explanation of how/why. The only aspect I would prefer differently is for the LED to be brighter. Maybe make the holes to be larger or feed the LEDs more current. I realize some customers dont like bright LEDs, but . . . if they are too bright I just put a Post-It over them. But if the LEDs are too dim, there isnt much that can be done to increase the intensity.

Greater than one weekWith so many of the camera gadgets out there needing to be charged by usb this device turns into a fantastic charging station. If you have this, another multi battery station for your camera batteries and another one for V mount/ or Gold mount batteries you are probably set for good. Most of the USB charging strips crap out and cannot provide enough power once you start plugging everything in. I maxed it out with a bunch of Aputure MCs and Godox tube lights and it did a banging good job.

> 3 dayWorks exactly as expected. I just completed a job duplicating 925 USB 3 drives. Loaded this up along with another smaller 7-port USB hub (on different port), and it worked *flawlessly*. The drives were hot after the copy, as was the metal casing on this USB hub, but no issues whatsoever. Write-speed was about 24 MB/s, read speed (sometimes) closer to 50 or 60 MB/s, but all those speeds Im certain are limits of the media (not the hub). A few noteables: (1) make sure you have it in a USB port that your computer is happy with (not all ports are created equal, and sometimes youre going through a hub that doesnt want to play nicely). (2) be careful not to accidentally bump the port on/off switch (you get used to not hitting it very quickly ;-) ) (3) just FYI -- the blue lights indicate the port is on but do not flash to show activity Great unit -- I Recommend!

> 3 dayThis replaces three USB hubs daisy-chained together for me. With four hard drives, two printers, Ethernet, keyboard, mouse, and cables for iPad, sports devices, cameras, music devices and more hooked up, I needed More Ports. I dont know about reliability (these things seem to last about five years), but the build quality seems pretty good. The port switches are useful for those times when you might need to reset something by unplugging it and plugging it back in again. It cleaned up my desktop clutter a lot.

Greater than one weekA great device to have if you use a Surface device as your only computer. The downside: dont attach a mouse (wired, or USB wireless) to this strip. The mouse will be VERY laggy and jump around, with random uncommanded clicks.
