I bought two. They were so easy to install. The cord is just fine. For the price you cant beat them. A must buy if you have storage problems.

Good product for the price. I have installed these before for clients. This rack is a good solution for those that arent avid daily bike riders, as this rack makes it a little slow for lowering and hoisting your bike into a storage position when you are on the run and just want to go! However, given the price and convenience of utilizing high garage ceiling space, this rack allows you to store bikes out of the way, freeing up valuable wall or floor storage space.

It is seldom one can find a product that exceeds its advertised benefits but this os one of those products. The locking pulley in this system sets it into the realm of a highly useful product. I have used one of the systems to raise my wifes bicycle off the garage floor and out or the way. Assembling the pulleys on a 1x4 board and then mounting on the ceiling is the way to go. The instruction were too sketchy on how to thread the rope through the locking pulley mechanism but some trial and error work solves that problem. I have used the second pulley system to pull my bird feeder up out of the reach of a local bear that thinks the grain in my feeders is very much to his liking. The locking pulley is again the magic element that makes this product so versitile. The low price on this item makes it even more attractive and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone that needs a hoist to get a fairly light item into the air.

What can I say; easy to install with no drama and does exactly what its supposed to. Wish I would have bought these years ago instead of fighting hanging bikes from the rafters and walls of my garage. These will even work great in the summer when they are getting used a lot. Currently its too much of a pain to constantly take the bikes on and off their hangers, so they just end up taking up space in the garage when they are not in use. These lifts are so easy its only a matter of seconds to hoist and lower so they can stay out of the way year round. A+++

This is a great little device! The instructions were brief and to the point, and the installation was a lot more straightforward than I had anticipated - I was surprised to see how easy it was. Operation is smooth and easy, making it very easy to retrieve and store my bike. Highly recommended.

Easy to install and holds the bikes securely. Also easy to lower and raise. I dont worry about the bikes slipping and falling.

Easy to use and gets those bikes out of the way. If we had more bikes, we would buy more of these.
