Racor - PBH-1R, Bike Storage, Garage Pulley Lift

Youve read the other reviews about how the rope is cheap and the hooks arent really hooks. Well, the screws are garbage, too. I ended up replacing every one of them and am just thankful that I was able to get the shredded ones out.

The item arrived quickly and was exactly as expected.

Just installed the mount for my sons bike and its works great. Saves a lot of floor space and the bike is out of the way if you have a high enough ceiling. Will definitely buy again

This is perfect for hanging bikes. We go in spurts of riding. With the rope wrapping it would become a little cumbersome to do it everyday.

These Racor bike lifts are excellent, fairly easy to install, well made and sturdy. No junky plastic parts. The most difficult part of the installation was finding the right spot in our shed to mount them. Id put the ease of threading the lift line through the pulleys at 2 on a 10 point scale of difficulty. Once you get that process straight in your head its simple to do but I admit to having to try it once, and then doing it again after giving it a minutes thinking. Its also a good idea to add a couple of knots to the line so you can get a better grip on it without your hand slipping when raising and lowering the bike. After using it a bit more I may add an extra large bead or two near the end of the rope rather than the knots. Still cant believe the quality of these for the price. Our local sporting goods store sells something similar but less quality by half, for 3X the price. We LOVE Amazon

I bought 2 of these for our garage and they work great and save floor space on our garage.

What a cheap solution to a garage problem! Our garage just is not large enough for all we want to store out there. This works great, went up easily and the bike goes up and down no problems.
