> 3 dayGreat device for the price. Installation was easy once I installed a cross 2 x 4 on the garage ceiling perpendicular to the attic truss. Happy to have the bike off the floor and out of the way.

> 3 dayWorks great and exactly as advertised. I bought 2 and used it for kayaks which are heavier than a bike but still under the maximum load limit. I would recommend this product.

> 3 dayI have two of these installed in the garage. The product is very well made and works as advertised. You can lift all bikes with little effort and can feel confident that it wont fall on your cars once pulled up. An added benefit: I can use it as a makeshift bike stand to make repairs with the wheels off the ground. I no longer have to stand the bikes upside down to clean the chains. I wish the makers included a better quality rope. It is sturdy and all, but on first glance it looks cheap and doesnt fill one with confidence. So far it has held up great though.

Greater than one weekWorks just as well as other more expensive hangers. I liked this one because the way the hangers are on this one makes it so I can hoist things other than my bike up and out of the way.

Here kitty kitty...
> 3 dayWorks perfect for my needs. Clear instructions if you use a little pre-planing common sense. In my case I got sick and tired of carrying my bicycle up a narrow staircase to my 2nd floor Apt. However the narrow landing from the last step to the front door is only about 3ft and the door opens inward, so if you have something like bicycle (or even a bag of groceries in your arms its a real juggling and balancing act to open/close the door as the width of the entry is also not much more wider than the door itself. Hence this is sooooo much nicer and makes a great conversation piece when I point it out to someone visiting. Im 59yo, so this saves a lot of back braking awkward lifting and struggling up the stairs w/a 40+lb. bicycle. I do have concerns about the locking mechanism pinching on the nylon cord it comes with. Over time it may cause wear and fraying which could eventually snap/break, so I suggest inspecting the cord very closely on a regular basis.

> 3 dayBought two of these to hang/store my yakima skybox 16 in my garage. Install was easy and works great. One of the cords was a bit damaged, but so far so good.
