> 3 dayI put this up in my toy hauler trailer, just screwing the hangers into a couple of small 1x4 and putting them above the benches that lower from the ceiling. So easy.

> 3 dayThe screws strip a little bit too easily during installation, and the rope is already starting to fray. However, it is pretty good for the money compared to other similar products.

Greater than one weekIt is seldom one can find a product that exceeds its advertised benefits but this os one of those products. The locking pulley in this system sets it into the realm of a highly useful product. I have used one of the systems to raise my wifes bicycle off the garage floor and out or the way. Assembling the pulleys on a 1x4 board and then mounting on the ceiling is the way to go. The instruction were too sketchy on how to thread the rope through the locking pulley mechanism but some trial and error work solves that problem. I have used the second pulley system to pull my bird feeder up out of the reach of a local bear that thinks the grain in my feeders is very much to his liking. The locking pulley is again the magic element that makes this product so versitile. The low price on this item makes it even more attractive and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone that needs a hoist to get a fairly light item into the air.

> 3 dayso happy to have my sons bike off the garage floor. It does not have a kick stand so we were always tripping over it. This took my husband about 45 minutes to install and it is very easy to use. Just a side note, FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS! They clearly say dont cut the rope. It looks like a ridiculous amount of rope but you really need it all. If you want to cut some after, the full install and bike is mounted at ceiling go for it. Just dont do before that. :)

> 3 dayI like this product a lot!!!!!! I use it to store my kayak. It keeps it out of the way on the ceiling of the garage so I still have plenty of space for lawn mowers, rakes etc. I highly recommend this product. It is low in price, yet made well. I have been using my lift for about 3 years with no problems. Just make sure you have a secure place to tie off the pulley portion of the bike lift. Even though it is self locking you want the end tied off so it doesnt get pulled or come lose with a child or someone pulling on it by mistake.

16-04-2025This is my second purchase of the ProStor Lift. They are easy to use and quickly get the bikes out of the way in the garage. My wifes coaster bike had a handle bar mounted reflector that had to be relocated because the handlebar hook is a bit oversized when one considers its lifting a bike that might max out at 30#. No big deal. I would have given them a 5th star if the box included a template for mounting the lift on standard ceiling joists. I had to noodle that out and mount the mount on plywood that I then attached to the joists. Good product.

Greater than one weekGreat product. Simple concept made with good quality material. Easy to manage and place anywhere. Recommend consumers to use a stud finder to screw brackets to or use proper anchor bolts.

Greater than one weekYou see these kinds of storage solutions on the home improvement shows, but not that often in your friends garage... now my friends cant say that! This is a perfect solution for storing bikes...and I do mean perfect. You cant beat this price, and can get free shipping if you order two (which I did). I put them both up in about 30 minutes, and that was only because my cordless drill was dead...(I had to manually screw them into the ceiling joists):o ! At any rate, the work exactly as advertised, are priced right, and you can even teach your kids a little about physics when they are playing with it (if you are so inclined)! I am going to get a couple more for the kids bikes as soon as I can. Havent regretted this purchase one bit.
