> 24 hourFirst off Id like to say that Im 511 tall and used to have rather large boobs. I was able to get a reduction in my mid 30s but the indentions from my bra and the crooked neck still hung on. Ive been so self conscious of my tech neck that I had planned to see a chiropractor. After scheduling that I saw a news story about a girl who got paralyzed trying to get her neck popped. So me being me...I canceled that appointment and looked to the internet for help. Help has arrived! I have only used this neck pillow 2 days in a row for 10 minutes at a time and let me tell you.... I have a neck! I thought for years my neck was short... or screwed up forever... but this product has helped more in just 2 days than I had ever expected. I will try to update after I use it 30 days...but so far I am really impressed

> 24 hourI was having terrible pain in my neck and shoulders from doing jigsaw puzzles. I have had damage to my C7 disk from a car accident, and doing the puzzles with my neck bent caused pain that I ignored until it became a serious problem. This gadget worked for me. After a couple of days with consistent use 10 minutes a days, I felt relief. I continue to use it daily, and I also use it whenever I get any little neck twinges. It relieves them imediately. I highly reccommend it!

> 24 hourSo simple, why didnt is purchase this before? I use it every morning since I wake up with a stiff neck. I also use it at the end of my work day to counteract the day on the computer. The first few days of using it, I was sore and stiff. Now, I feel aligned and my neck pain is almost imperceptible!

> 24 hourUpdate: I promised to update, so here I am. MRIs show herniated discs in the neck. Neurosurgeon and rheumatologist gave this item the okay, though they didnt ask me much about it aside from looking at it. They didnt tell me to Stop using it, so I continue to do so when I can carve out the time. And isnt that really the issue? Finding a scant 10 minutes to give our bodies whats needed is somehow difficult when I can carve out 10 minutes to update a review. Priorities are out of whack, but Im helping others so theres that as a positive. No ridiculopathy after all, but the rest is still accurate. The biggest issue I have with this is that my head will Not stay 2.5 off the ground no matter how I try. I might mention that I Could have hypermobile Ehlers Danlos - having a tough time getting someone to assess for it. That just means Im extra flexible in useless places (elbows, neck, thumbs, pinkies), and my joints are looser than they should be. As such, my head is about 1 finger width off the ground when Im using this. Original: Ive had neck and shoulder issues since the age of 25. No accidents, just chose poorly from my gene pool. Arthritis, stenosis, spondylosis, ridiculopathy, thoracic outlet syndrome (had MRIs yesterday on 4 areas for the diagnosis of the last one - will correct if its something else - and to get the lay of the land with the rest), disc degeneration . . . I think thats everything. I just did my 10 minutes and Man did that hurt my arms, yikes! I can take a lot of pain of varying sorts, but the stretching variety I dont tolerate well. My fingers started doing all sorts of weird twitching and dancing so I released some of the tension by lowering my arms from a football field post configuration to more of a W kind of position. That was Intense! I have been assigned the stand with your back to the wall and slowly raise your arms as youre pressing them against the wall, exercise, and that is highly uncomfortable as well. With time it should get better. Having described the arm discomfort (to severely understate, ha!), my neck does feel better. I still have the sensation of my muscles being tie downs for my jaw, but it did release a little. Ill take it after nearly 25 years of pain! A little is a lot when you live with this day in and day out. For comparison, I have an inversion table. I feel more relief from this than I do my inversion table, and at 5% of the cost its an Excellent place to start. The inversion table does help with the rest of my spine, but the neck and shoulders are where I have the most tightness and trouble. If I reach under my car seat wrong, I wont be able to move my head more than an inch for three weeks. Ill do my best to return after a couple weeks of using this for an update. I tend to forget to use things if I start feeling better so no news is good news! PS: I got the blue sea monster variety.

> 24 hourI got one of these devices to help with chronic neck pain. Its good to use on an as-needed basis to help stretch out my neck. It stays put well but can sometimes be a little difficult to find just the right spot to relieve the pressure.

> 24 hourThis pillow is awesome. A little learning curve, to find just the right angle but such a huge relief for neck tension. I end up with tension through my neck, traps, and back that is so bad I get migraines when it’s locked up. I use this pillow every night for a few minutes before bed and it helps relieve the pressure and relax my head/neck so I can sleep.
