> 3 dayI got mine a little over a week ago. My neck was in so much pain. I used it twice for 5 minutes each time on the first day. The next day I noticed a huge difference. It really loosened up my neck muscles. I have been using it consistently before I go to bed at night on the beginner side. It really works. Im not ready for the other side yet. The positioning is very similar to the positioning my massage therapist uses to stretch my neck. She rests my head on her hands and gives my neck a stretch. Definity recommend.

> 3 dayWorks well but mine had a horrible stomach out the box and I thought it would go away but after a month I’m laying in my bed trying to find where this awful moldy mildew smell is coming from and I realized I brought this neck thing into my room yesterday. Replacing it with another one and hoping there’s no smell. Also I’ve bought a laptop riser and use my mouse lower to avoid lifting my shoulders so these have also helped with my neck and back pain. Oh and using the phone higher up instead of looking down all the time.

> 3 dayYkes, started to notice the development of a forward head tilt and rounded shoulders posture (together with a creeping increase in the frequency and intensity of tension headaches!) — given the increasing amount of time having to spend in front of computer screens and personal devices, I can well imagine fast-forwarding 10 years down the road & seeing myself permanently locked in an exaggerated iHunch posture, with chronic neck pain & recurring brutal headaches! (omg, looking & feeling like my complaining grandpappy!) Countering this alarming health trajectory was the motivating factor behind the purchase of this traction device (as well as a multitude of other similar, but tested & returned, products) . Since receiving the Restcloud traction device, I have been using it for 3 times daily (approx. 10 mins each session) for the past 6 weeks... and my verdict, thus far? — its been really effective for me! When I first started out, my shoulder (esp. pec/scalene/levator scapulae muscles) were sooo darn tight, that even while lying supine my shoulders were still rolled forward — the muscular tension being so taut that it prevented the breadth of my entire upper back from lying appropriately flattened against the floor surface! Due to the amount of dysfunctional baseline tension, initial stretching sessions targeted to relax those habitually tense areas totally failed to feel comfortable or relaxing! Initially, while in the recommended stretch position, I could even feel my arms becoming mildly numb & tingly (probably caused by the brachial plexus being compressed by especially tight pectoralis minor muscles)! But I stayed disciplined with my self-prescribed daily stretching routine (plus, also kept extra focus on maintaining good posture habits throughout the day)... and now about 6 weeks later, I can totally feel a significant drop in the baseline level of dysfunctional tension being carried in my neck, shoulder, upper body areas! The personal results Ive gotten so far is enough to convince me into making stretching with the Restcloud traction device as part of a necessary, daily, well-being maintenance hygiene routine — just like brushing my teeth and eating a healthy breakfast! Stretching has been a no-brainer-easy & gentle process — I dont have to futz around with any complicated contraptions (omg, has anyone else experienced the fun of trying to work one of those neck traction hammock thingys???), nor get locked into some kind of time-suck routine! So you bet Im clearly a fan of this lil traction device. Hope this review helps other peeps trying to find effective countermeasures against their own iHunch related issues!...or maybe we should all just unite and collectively ditch our computers & personal devices?!? ;D (Usage Tip: to achieve an optimum shoulder tension release — I found it most effective to follow the stretching posture as depicted in the included direction-graphic, and to also CONSCIOUSLY focus on keeping the shoulders relaxed while at it)

> 3 dayDecided to take a risk and try this out. After a day at the computer, I find that ten minutes relaxing on the floor with this gentle traction device under my neck stretches out the cramped muscles and vertebrae and sends warm energy and improved mobility into my neck. It would be better to stop hunching over the computer so much, but this at least provides relief. Took a while to figure out how to place my neck on the device properly. When it is under your neck, your head will be stretched back and supported, but the top of your head will not touch the ground. This can be an odd feeling to get used to. But the results are worth it.

> 3 dayI expect that how well it works depends on the individual and their issue. Ive had some neck and nerve issues (numbness in left side) from an old neck injury. Tried it a few times. It was slightly uncomfortable, which I dont mind, but more importantly, it didnt seem to help much. Not sure that it makes a difference that I am significantly bigger than the woman in the pictures, and it doesnt span the length of my neck the way it does for her. I updated my rating to 4 stars, however, because the customer service was wonderful in reaching out to me.

> 3 dayIve had neck pain on and off for years. This recent bout was due to an almost fall where I awkwardly caught myself jarring my neck and shoulders. My daughter has this I tried it and felt sone relief. Purchased one for myself and just after a couple of days of using for 5 at a time.... I am much improved. It is very firm.
