Ill stick my neck out here and give this product a high rating. After long drives I often have a sore or stiff neck...this product helps stretch out the sore muscles. I use it often.

They werent so worried about the sale as they were for my well-being. I applaud them!!! If this product provides you the relief based on how it provides traction to the neck, then go for it. Its built solid and works great for how its meant to work. I just needed more traction vertically extending the spine. The product is solid... Well built, comfortable (within reason). But I need more vertical stretching and this device put too much pressure & compression on the back of my spine. It may work for some but is in no way a substitute for a traction cradle or sling. In fact, I receive better relief from a rolled up towel hanging from a doorknob by a rope. Used to cradle the head and give more stretch by pulling straight on the spine. I dont need my head rolled back, the seized muscle from my back to the back of my skull provide enough compression. That Im trying to resolve...

It does the job. I can’t say it has made some medical improvements. But it does relieve the tension. It probably would work better if I used it everyday, not just the days my neck is bothering me. I would definitely recommend using everyday ( if you can commit to that. ) I have a large family ( Jensen the tension ) so it’s hard to find 20 min of down time

Lifesaver. This thing is worth every penny. Quickly relieves neck pain due to suspected herniated cervical disk. Once neck starts aching lay on the floor and use this for a few minutes. Makes a difference after first use but biggest change is felt in the following days. Will recommend to anyone in need of a device like this.

I have different problems with my neck unfortunately. I had whip lash many years ago and my neck wasn’t the same even after physical therapy and chiropractor. I also have problems with my right shoulder that exacerbates my other issues. This has alleviated both issues. How can it help with your shoulder? For me, my shoulder muscles tighten with sore/tight neck muscles. It’s all connected. I recommend highly.

I have been having tremendous neck pain/strain from too much computer work lately and took a chance ordering this. It came the same day I was scheduled for a chiropractor appointment. My chiropractor actually had this exact same item and recommends it to his clients! I felt fancy telling him I had already purchased one! Lol. It is such a simple concept but works great. It helps to align your neck properly and stretch it. I was pretty nauseated from the pain my neck was causing and this helped greatly. It will take a few days but works. I was instructed to start out in short increments and to stop immediately if there was more pain. Ten minutes max, too. Check with a professional, of course, if you have complex neck issues!

Im amazed at what this little thing does. If I sleep crooked on my neck I can get instant relief by laying on it for 10 minutes. (It is recommended to not use for more than 10 minutes at a time). I have already recommended it to friends.

I suffer from chronic vertigo ever since I contracted a viral infection (over a year ago) that attacked my inner ears and was subsequently rear ended while being taken to a doctors appointment. 2021 wasn’t great. Since then I’m never sure if the dizziness comes from my ears, brain or neck. So I bought this on a whim just to see if it could provide some relief. So far I’ve used it once and was really surprised by how much better my neck felt. I’m looking forward to using it again. But I’ve got to say I really did feel my whole spine realigning during use and a few days after. It’s made from a sturdy foam and feels like it will be too hard for your neck but once you lay your neck upon it, it gives way and is sturdy but quite comfortable. It gently stretches your cervical spine. I’m 5’5” and had a little difficulty centering the foam curve along the curve of my neck. But with some shifting, I did get it centered. I think you could potentially hurt your neck with this if you use it incorrectly so follow instructions please. All in all, it seems like a good product and I think over time it will help with my tension headaches based at the base of my skull/neck. And it will help with pain left over from car accident. I hope it will help with my vertigo. But jury is still out on that. It’s not expensive so give it a go!
