My neck has started feeling much better.

I have had ulnar nerve entrapment at the shoulder since I broke my arm 3 years ago. I have done countless hours of PT, I do yoga, I still do my nerve glides, but it pinches when I lay down. 4 days of using this thing has brought me relief. I almost can’t believe it. I have done 10 mins every day for 5 days and today it feels so much better. This is worth trying for sure if you have neck, shoulder or back pain. It really does work.

The product was recommended for my use by my physical Therapist. It has met my expectitations.

This is amazing product. I use it a couple times a week for my neck issues that have been debilitating and painful.

It wasnt comfortable the first time I used it, but thats only because of how much tension was in my neck. After a few minutes my muscles started to relax. So every morning, I turn on some meditation music and use this for 10 minutes before my daily yoga routine. If I gently roll my head side-to-side, it massages the muscles and works out some of the creakiness. The bump on the back of my neck has gone down a little bit, but mostly importantly, I am experiencing less neck pain throughout the day and night. Im glad I found it here on Amazon because its the same product Ive seen advertised on social media that is being sold for much much more.

Not exactly what I was hoping for, but it does a better job of the little pillow I was trying to use before getting this. I like to use it in the morning and sometimes before bed. It gives a good little stretch and helps if you have curvature issues in your neck.

eye use this because I had a pinched nerve in my neck. I cannot get relief from anything, and I ended up using this quite a bit for a few weeks. It was one of the only things that give me relief.

I have been having tremendous neck pain/strain from too much computer work lately and took a chance ordering this. It came the same day I was scheduled for a chiropractor appointment. My chiropractor actually had this exact same item and recommends it to his clients! I felt fancy telling him I had already purchased one! Lol. It is such a simple concept but works great. It helps to align your neck properly and stretch it. I was pretty nauseated from the pain my neck was causing and this helped greatly. It will take a few days but works. I was instructed to start out in short increments and to stop immediately if there was more pain. Ten minutes max, too. Check with a professional, of course, if you have complex neck issues!
