04-06-2025I got mine a little over a week ago. My neck was in so much pain. I used it twice for 5 minutes each time on the first day. The next day I noticed a huge difference. It really loosened up my neck muscles. I have been using it consistently before I go to bed at night on the beginner side. It really works. Im not ready for the other side yet. The positioning is very similar to the positioning my massage therapist uses to stretch my neck. She rests my head on her hands and gives my neck a stretch. Definity recommend.

> 3 dayGreat for those who constantly are looking down at their phone, typing, or going back to school like myself and studying. After a 20 year hiatus I returned to grad school this year. Within a month my neck was always hurting from constantly looking down at books while studying or typing papers. This has been such a relief and my chiropractor notices my neck has been better as well.

Greater than one weekIt works. Feel less pain. Had a bad sprain on my left. Strengthens my neck a little better. It takes time to improve your neck but better than pillows . It’s only for exercise for ten minutes. Not for sleeping. Thank you.

> 3 dayI love this little gadget. Ive had severe neck pain for many years. With advanced age, its gotten worse but I will do all I can to avoid surgery. Well, let me tell you...I can lie down on the floor on this thing for just 3-4 minutes and notice a GIGANTIC improvement in pain level. This thing has now become part of my living room decor since it never leaves its spot on the floor. I use it almost every day and sometimes twice a day. Over the years, Ive bought all sorts of massagers, cervical pillows, ice packs...whatever I could find that **might** provide relief. This silly-looking thing is the best. Well worth the money!!

> 3 dayIf used properly, you may find relief from pain. Although, when I first used it, I could feel it in my jaw and feel the tenseness in my neck and shoulders. After about 10-15 mins of relaxing, I felt better. Is it a fix all-no, but it helps with continued use. If you have face, neck and back issues-slipped disc or any other diagnosis, I would definitely consult with your health care provider before use. You may aggravate you condition. Otherwise, I would recommend product.

> 3 dayWorks well but mine had a horrible stomach out the box and I thought it would go away but after a month I’m laying in my bed trying to find where this awful moldy mildew smell is coming from and I realized I brought this neck thing into my room yesterday. Replacing it with another one and hoping there’s no smell. Also I’ve bought a laptop riser and use my mouse lower to avoid lifting my shoulders so these have also helped with my neck and back pain. Oh and using the phone higher up instead of looking down all the time.

> 3 dayI figured this was just another one of those crazy things I bought that wouldnt work. It brought amazing relief (which didnt last for long but Im hoping it will over time). Well see if my neck issue improves over time. Currently using for 5 min. twice a day but will work up to longer time and see if a permanent change happens.
