> 3 dayI have different problems with my neck unfortunately. I had whip lash many years ago and my neck wasn’t the same even after physical therapy and chiropractor. I also have problems with my right shoulder that exacerbates my other issues. This has alleviated both issues. How can it help with your shoulder? For me, my shoulder muscles tighten with sore/tight neck muscles. It’s all connected. I recommend highly.

> 3 dayI have pain from a neck injury 38 years ago. In recent years, it has worsened to a regular monthly issue. I saw this and looked at the reviews. Honestly, I was skeptical but figured why not. I try to limit meds and use natural methods for pain relief, like yoga. I thought this might help. When I first got it, I put it on the floor and put my head on it, and immediately thought nope! It seemed hard and I couldnt imagine it would be something I could use. It was sitting there and my husband had a pain in his neck from moving something, so I gave it to him to try and he immediately thought this is great! That made me decide to give it a second chance, and Im glad I did. Now, its not a miracle worker, so if you have extreme pain, it will likely work most of the time but maybe not 100% of the time. You really have to manage your expectations based on why youre using it. For my husband, he gets his alignment out of whack because he pretty much has to do the heavy lifting on his own. Im very little use in that area. So when he gets like that, this item is a big relief for him. For me, I have consistent migraines caused by a careless driver many moons ago. As I age, it will naturally get worse so there are times when my pain is so bad, only a prescription will do. In those case, this wont do the trick but its not the items fault. I would recommend this to anyone who needs that tweak now and then, and to those with more of a pain relief need but as I mentioned before, manage your expectations from it.

Greater than one weekIll stick my neck out here and give this product a high rating. After long drives I often have a sore or stiff neck...this product helps stretch out the sore muscles. I use it often.

> 3 dayI have a dowager (hump) on the back of my neck. It sounds awful but many people have one. This device helps to relieve the pressure between the discs. I use it a few times a week or when my neck or back bothers me:)

> 3 dayIve had neck pain on and off for years. This recent bout was due to an almost fall where I awkwardly caught myself jarring my neck and shoulders. My daughter has this I tried it and felt sone relief. Purchased one for myself and just after a couple of days of using for 5 at a time.... I am much improved. It is very firm.

> 3 dayI was diagnosed with cervical kyphosis (military neck) and Myelomalacia prior to having spinal neurosurgery. I was in a lot of pain from the compression, and this little gadget really helped open up to feel instant relief from the constant pressure in my neck. It didnt solve the problem but this little piece of carefully crafted hard foam certainly made things much more tolerable.

Greater than one weekThis thing is addicting. I look forward to using it each day. I usually don’t end up doing the full 10 min because I’m always a busy body. As soon as I lay on it I can feel the difference, in my neck and back. I have a neck hump and haven’t been using it long enough to see if it changes that but it has helped for my neck pain

> 3 dayI showed this to my chiropractor, and she said stretching is good. Safe to use, but only 10 minutes at a time. The trouble is, I keep falling asleep while using it, so I dont know how long it goes. No Ill effects so far. I did make a point of starting slow.

> 3 dayNot sure this is a fix all for necks like they try and make it look like but it does stretch your neck and it feels good while your using it. The pressure point things on it do nothing.
