> 3 dayIm amazed at what this little thing does. If I sleep crooked on my neck I can get instant relief by laying on it for 10 minutes. (It is recommended to not use for more than 10 minutes at a time). I have already recommended it to friends.

> 3 dayI’m actually crying as I’m writing this review because I’m so happy!! 5 stars isn’t enough for this pillow. I have scoliosis so my back isn’t great to begin with. After starting an office job that required countless hours on a laptop, I started to develop this hideous lump on my neck and extreme tightness in my shoulders. I couldn’t stand up straight, was in pain and tried everything I could to hide this ugly neck of mine. I decided to try this pillow (because why not). I figured I’d return it if I didn’t like it. THIS PICTURE IS FROM ONE WEEK OF USE. ONE. WEEK. I couldn’t find any before and after pics so I wanted to leave my review in hopes that this will help someone else! After the first use, I woke up in the middle of night extremely sore. In fact, I was sore the entire next day all down my back to my hips. I could feel a shift in my spine. The instructions have you put your arms out in a ‘touchdown’ position and for the first 3 days I couldn’t lay them flat on the ground, they just kind of hung there and went numb. By day 4, I was stretched enough to where my arms lay comfortable next to me and I look forward to using this pillow before bed. Please try if you have a similar issue!!

Greater than one weekI got one of these devices to help with chronic neck pain. Its good to use on an as-needed basis to help stretch out my neck. It stays put well but can sometimes be a little difficult to find just the right spot to relieve the pressure.

Greater than one weekI see and feel a difference after just the first use. Having a herniated Disc in my neck, i often get pain or a stiff neck. This helped relieves the pressure and stretches my neck safely. After one week i also noticed the neck bulged decreased.

> 3 dayI have suffered neck pain for a few years now, with not much to relieve it. I bought this and use it about 3 times a day for about 5 min each time. As soon as you lay down on it you can feel the relief all throughout your back and neck. I took it to work to use it during the day and some of my co-workers though I was a weirdo laying on the floor until they tried it as well and then ended up buying one for themselves. Whoever designed this is genius. Highly recommend for neck and back stretching or pain relief (like in my case).

> 3 dayBE PATIENT - IT’S WORTH IT! WORKS!!! I absolutely LOVE this thing. I have cervical bone spurs, and cervical disc bulge at C3-C4, pressing on nerves that run down to my right hand, and incredibly tight neck muscles and traps. During the pandemic lockdown my pain and numbness was the worst. I was working a stressful job and getting little sleep. My right arm was weaker than the left, and my right hand would be numb for 30 minutes after waking up each morning. I was scared. The MRI showed the physical issues above; the doctor recommended a steroid shot and said I may need surgery one day. I put off the steroid shot, figuring I should try physical therapy first. I also completed my contract, got a less stressful job, and started sleeping more. I tried stretched but they were painful, and sometimes seem to make things worse. I don’t think I was doing them right. But when I started using this device, I couldn’t BELIEVE how effective it was. Every time I use this regularly, it’s like I’m buying myself days or weeks of pain relief. AND extra mobility— I can twist to look behind when backing up my car without stabbing pain now. IMPORTANT TIP: when I first got it, it hurt a lot to relax my neck in that position. My neck was so tight it felt like it was made of hot piano wires that were about to explode. No joke. So I would only stretch on the floor with it for 30 seconds, twice a day. Then I gradually increased to a minute, once or twice a day. Another review here helped - it suggested to breathe slow and deep, gentling letting go, let gravity do the work, as you are able to tolerate it. Eventually I would put headphones in, choose one relaxing song that was about three minutes long, and use that as my timer. I’ve been using it for about 6 months now, and my necks so much better that I only need it 1-2x per week now, for about 3 minutes. I’m almost convinced that all I needed was gentle, gradual, decompression, not surgery and steroid shots. Anyway, time will tell. For now, I’m sticking to this routine, and recommend it to anyone with neck and upper back pain. Thank you for making this stretcher!!

> 3 dayIf you have neck or shoulder pain this simple but effective device should be able to provide some relief without cable, pulleys, or weights.

> 3 dayI originally got this because I’m starting to get a dowagers hump and I wanted to correct it. So far, no improvements there sadly. I do think it helps with neck tension and pain though, so it has its purpose.
