I was having terrible pain in my neck and shoulders from doing jigsaw puzzles. I have had damage to my C7 disk from a car accident, and doing the puzzles with my neck bent caused pain that I ignored until it became a serious problem. This gadget worked for me. After a couple of days with consistent use 10 minutes a days, I felt relief. I continue to use it daily, and I also use it whenever I get any little neck twinges. It relieves them imediately. I highly reccommend it!

Ill stick my neck out here and give this product a high rating. After long drives I often have a sore or stiff neck...this product helps stretch out the sore muscles. I use it often.

Cannot completely rest as it is quite stuff

I have had ulnar nerve entrapment at the shoulder since I broke my arm 3 years ago. I have done countless hours of PT, I do yoga, I still do my nerve glides, but it pinches when I lay down. 4 days of using this thing has brought me relief. I almost can’t believe it. I have done 10 mins every day for 5 days and today it feels so much better. This is worth trying for sure if you have neck, shoulder or back pain. It really does work.

I have severe cervical spinal stenosis neck pain. Virtually nothing helps...aside from this little godsend. I do it 10 minutes before bed each night. The difference is enough that I can sleep. One night without it, and the pain keeps me awake. Recommend it!

I’m in my 50s and it has helped me neck so much!

Literally help me so much. I had something in my neck and upper back and doing this thingy every night (I know it says don’t do it every day blabla) but doing for at least 3 min help me. Also when you try to get up after using it use your abs to get up NOT your neck!!! And this ain’t related but don’t forget to sleep on your back, if you suffer neck problems do that, but this thing and get the pillow with the hole in the middle. You’re welcome!

I was expecting to get some minimal relief but what I got was complete relief only after 3 days of using for 10 mins each day. I have been seeing a chiropractor and receive adjustments and traction for my herniated discs and straightening of my cervical spine.
