> 3 dayI have had ulnar nerve entrapment at the shoulder since I broke my arm 3 years ago. I have done countless hours of PT, I do yoga, I still do my nerve glides, but it pinches when I lay down. 4 days of using this thing has brought me relief. I almost can’t believe it. I have done 10 mins every day for 5 days and today it feels so much better. This is worth trying for sure if you have neck, shoulder or back pain. It really does work.

Greater than one weekRestcloud definitely elongates your neck. Do not use more ten minutes just like instructions tell you. (I fell asleep) not the right way to use Retcloud especially, as I have sleep Apena and move around a lot when at REM sleep. I have a lot less pain. I am talking to back - neck surgeons, who recommend surgery, but time will tell me what to do. Some relief from intense pain, so I have time to decide.

> 3 dayYou have to do this consistently to get the desire results. It definitely helps with stretching your back and improving your posture. The downside is it can activate headaches. Im hoping the headaches will subside the more I use it and the more my back and neck get stretched.

> 3 dayBE PATIENT - IT’S WORTH IT! WORKS!!! I absolutely LOVE this thing. I have cervical bone spurs, and cervical disc bulge at C3-C4, pressing on nerves that run down to my right hand, and incredibly tight neck muscles and traps. During the pandemic lockdown my pain and numbness was the worst. I was working a stressful job and getting little sleep. My right arm was weaker than the left, and my right hand would be numb for 30 minutes after waking up each morning. I was scared. The MRI showed the physical issues above; the doctor recommended a steroid shot and said I may need surgery one day. I put off the steroid shot, figuring I should try physical therapy first. I also completed my contract, got a less stressful job, and started sleeping more. I tried stretched but they were painful, and sometimes seem to make things worse. I don’t think I was doing them right. But when I started using this device, I couldn’t BELIEVE how effective it was. Every time I use this regularly, it’s like I’m buying myself days or weeks of pain relief. AND extra mobility— I can twist to look behind when backing up my car without stabbing pain now. IMPORTANT TIP: when I first got it, it hurt a lot to relax my neck in that position. My neck was so tight it felt like it was made of hot piano wires that were about to explode. No joke. So I would only stretch on the floor with it for 30 seconds, twice a day. Then I gradually increased to a minute, once or twice a day. Another review here helped - it suggested to breathe slow and deep, gentling letting go, let gravity do the work, as you are able to tolerate it. Eventually I would put headphones in, choose one relaxing song that was about three minutes long, and use that as my timer. I’ve been using it for about 6 months now, and my necks so much better that I only need it 1-2x per week now, for about 3 minutes. I’m almost convinced that all I needed was gentle, gradual, decompression, not surgery and steroid shots. Anyway, time will tell. For now, I’m sticking to this routine, and recommend it to anyone with neck and upper back pain. Thank you for making this stretcher!!

Greater than one weekSo simple, why didnt is purchase this before? I use it every morning since I wake up with a stiff neck. I also use it at the end of my work day to counteract the day on the computer. The first few days of using it, I was sore and stiff. Now, I feel aligned and my neck pain is almost imperceptible!

> 3 dayI had 2 side-impact car accidents within a year, 19 years ago. I have had chronic nagging neck pain on one side just under that bony ridge at the back. Sometimes its so bad STILL that I cant stand it. I have tried everything. PT, cortisone injections, acupuncture, years of chiropractic, thousands of massages, every possible type of pillow, ointment, Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, heat, ice, even biofeedback. It is a stable, constant companion with episodes of screaming pain. Ive tried traction in various manifestations but it tends to only inflame the area. BUT I bought this silly little thing anyway. 10 min per day the first few days, now I can do it several times a day if I want. It actually relieves those screaming episodes! I want to cry Im so stunned! It may actually help in the long run if I put the time into using it several times a day religiously. Ill update if thats the case. But right now, this is the most precious thing I own! I dont know if this particular size and angle just happens to fit my neck perfectly so maybe it may not work for everyone, but you can adjust it up or down your spine to get it so you are looking straight up at the ceiling while lying on your back. Thats what I do. I know there are other silent screamers out there and I want you to know this is definitely worth a try. All these years, all that money and this tacky pink plastic contraption is all I needed.
