I’ve had neck pain for months and have tried everything from chiropractor to acupuncture, but nothing worked. After using this little gem, I felt immediate relief. Now one week later I’m up to twice a day, ten min per session, and it’s made a huge difference. Highly recommend.

I expect that how well it works depends on the individual and their issue. Ive had some neck and nerve issues (numbness in left side) from an old neck injury. Tried it a few times. It was slightly uncomfortable, which I dont mind, but more importantly, it didnt seem to help much. Not sure that it makes a difference that I am significantly bigger than the woman in the pictures, and it doesnt span the length of my neck the way it does for her. I updated my rating to 4 stars, however, because the customer service was wonderful in reaching out to me.

I have been having tremendous neck pain/strain from too much computer work lately and took a chance ordering this. It came the same day I was scheduled for a chiropractor appointment. My chiropractor actually had this exact same item and recommends it to his clients! I felt fancy telling him I had already purchased one! Lol. It is such a simple concept but works great. It helps to align your neck properly and stretch it. I was pretty nauseated from the pain my neck was causing and this helped greatly. It will take a few days but works. I was instructed to start out in short increments and to stop immediately if there was more pain. Ten minutes max, too. Check with a professional, of course, if you have complex neck issues!

I suffer from chronic vertigo ever since I contracted a viral infection (over a year ago) that attacked my inner ears and was subsequently rear ended while being taken to a doctors appointment. 2021 wasn’t great. Since then I’m never sure if the dizziness comes from my ears, brain or neck. So I bought this on a whim just to see if it could provide some relief. So far I’ve used it once and was really surprised by how much better my neck felt. I’m looking forward to using it again. But I’ve got to say I really did feel my whole spine realigning during use and a few days after. It’s made from a sturdy foam and feels like it will be too hard for your neck but once you lay your neck upon it, it gives way and is sturdy but quite comfortable. It gently stretches your cervical spine. I’m 5’5” and had a little difficulty centering the foam curve along the curve of my neck. But with some shifting, I did get it centered. I think you could potentially hurt your neck with this if you use it incorrectly so follow instructions please. All in all, it seems like a good product and I think over time it will help with my tension headaches based at the base of my skull/neck. And it will help with pain left over from car accident. I hope it will help with my vertigo. But jury is still out on that. It’s not expensive so give it a go!

I was skeptical, BUT my neck and shoulders have FINALLY opened up after using this just once. Now, I use it every single day, after getting home. On the weekends, its the first thing I do before starting my day.

I use it daily for 10 minutes.

Not sure this is a fix all for necks like they try and make it look like but it does stretch your neck and it feels good while your using it. The pressure point things on it do nothing.

I was expecting to get some minimal relief but what I got was complete relief only after 3 days of using for 10 mins each day. I have been seeing a chiropractor and receive adjustments and traction for my herniated discs and straightening of my cervical spine. This product has offered me more relief than her continued treatment. I am amazed!!! I don’t ever write reviews but for this product I had to. Thank you!!

This works pretty good. Helps my neck.
