> 3 dayThis is an amazing SSD. I will absolutely be purchasing this family of SSDs again. Super fast, reliable, and the Data transfer rates are pretty amazing. Been using it daily for months, and its great. No complaints at all.

> 3 dayI purchased this hard drive to speed up my computer; it was very slow. My computer is just barely faster now. Other than the less than optimal speed, the hard drive is fine. Installation was easy, it works fine, it has a good amount of storage space, I have no other issues with it.

> 3 dayI installed this drive in my mid 2009 15 Macbook Pro. I also purchased a usb cradle for the drive also from Amazon and cloned my existing hard drive to this new SSD using the SuperDuper! application. First format the drive using disk utility, then use SuperDuper to clone an exact copy that is bootable. After this was completed, I disassembled the macbook and swapped the drives. Now my laptop boots up much faster...in fact less than half the time! I have also noticed a very nice performance increase because the access time to this solid state drive is much faster than the original hard drive which contains rotating disks. For others who wish to do the same thing, I found this article to be vey helpful: http://www.cnet.com/how-to/upgrade-your-macbook-install-ssd-hard-drive/

> 3 dayIf you are migrating a Windows 10 computer, be sure to get the latest version (3.0, as of today) of the Samsung Migration software from http://www.samsung.com/samsungssd My SSD came with version 2.7, which does not work with Windows 10. If you are trying to run this software on Windows 10 and it wont see your new SSD, this is probably why. Once I got the new software from Samsung, the migration to the SSD was easy. And the computer is so much faster now. It used to take a good minute to boot my computer, now its just a few seconds! Easily the most cost effective PC upgrade, ever. Youll want to get a USB cable, like this one:

> 3 dayThis hard drive rocks. After I installed Windows 10 on it, made my 10 year, self build machine runs like new. OS boots up in 60s or less. Yes! 60 seconds!!!

> 3 dayInstalled this in my 2009 15 MBP. I had read various things about software updates being needed, drivers, etc... That wasnt the case at all. I bought an external attachment, cloned my drive to this and then installed it in my MBP. It was amazingly easy and all plug-and-play. Very happy with the improved speed and, maybe Im imagining it, but it seems the battery life is better too. When you take it out of the box, its so light that youll think THATS what I paid this much for?!? But its been perfect.

Greater than one weekMakes everything so much faster. Spend the extra money and slap your OS on a SSD and you will notice the difference the moment you turn the computer on.

> 3 dayGreat SSD for a macbook pro. Very easy installation if you have the tiny screw driver set. Just create a bootable copy of OSX on a flash drive/HDD or backup with time machine, remove the old HDD and replace with SSD, boot from flash drive or external HDD, format the SSD, then install OSX or restore from time machine. My computer is 5 times as fast now and it only took 10 minutes to install the SSD and 2 hours to restore from time machine. P.S.- Be careful when removing the original HDD, as the ribbon connector is hidden underneath and can easily be broken with too much force.

> 3 dayGreat SSD. Fast transfer, and comes with cloning software (download with single-use license) that worked perfectly. I was able to swap the drives with no hassle (I just needed more space on my computer). This is highly reviewed as the best value (performance vs. cost). No need to spend more unless youre running a very high-end machine, such as a server.
