Using it is noticeably faster, boot time, etc. comparing to a traditional hard disk or SATA-based SSDs. Im particular happy with the speed increase in reading/writing small files (4K read/write in various SSD benchmark).

This drive was worth the money. I keep the newer AAA games on it and load into matches faster than my friends using 2.5 SSDs and spindle drives. This is my 3rd Samsung SSD and you cannot go wrong with them. My 850 evo is pushing 5 years use and still performs great. Other SSDs may be cheaper but there is a reason Samsungs drives cost more.

Just built another computer and decided to splurge and get this instead of just using the Samsung 850 evo I already had and use the 850 as additional storage. I wasnt expecting much of a performance increase but was intrigued by the m.2 format. I was pleasantly surprised that there is a noticeable difference in boot time and general read/write speeds. I also like that it frees up a SATA slot for my other SSDs I use for storage. Would definitely recommend.

If you have heared Samsung, just buy it

Solid device for the price I paid. Very happy with its performance. I have it in a MSI Z-390 motherboard with a i9-9900KF and have no issues at all!

The Samsung 970 Evo and 970 Evo plus are excellent products to boost your pc because the write and read speeds are amazing that produce your pc turn on and open programs very fast

This thing came as expected. Installation was very easy. I cloned the old HDD to it and have not had a problem since. My computer can now out run the Roadrunner!! I am not a Sumsung devotee but have several devices so this was the obvious one for me. Get an M2 SSD and prepare to be amazed!!

This is my 5th samsung EVO product and like all the others it works great, its hard to beat this product line and its worth the cost
