> 3 dayI purchased a T7 1TB from the warehouse. A new product was delivered and so far, it has been working very well. I cannot believe the $82 price. It is noticeably faster than the T5 1TB I bought 2 yrs ago. Great product.

> 3 dayNo regrets although the worlds youngest geezer (me) had a tiny bit of trouble setting it up for a PC. Which probably was due to the conversion back into the PC world along with file formatting. I just save my music and photo files on it for a faster download (my observation only) than the conventional. And since both drives are SSD they sync nicely.

Greater than one weekBecause these are Solid State (SSD) they are much less likely to as opposed to spinning disks, they are not prone to damage from bumps and small drops when in use like old fashion hard drives. They have been very reliable when small and light is required. I use these when I travel and when on the road.

> 3 dayThe speeds are higher than advertised on some ports. The aluminum housing is a nice touch. Speeds with some 3.1/3.2 ports are under 800MB/s but connected to a Surface 8, it worked as advertised (screenshot attached).

> 3 dayI have two Samsung T7 Portable SSDs, a 1TB & 4TB. The 4TB blue one is used for music storage backup for my Hifi-Rose 150B Music Streamer/Server. The Red 1TB is used for Roon System Backups. Im not a power user so cant comment on large file transfer speeds, etc. Both of these fit my needs, take up little space, run fairly cool, and seem fast enough for transferring music and data files. Both have performed as advertised, so far. This is my first experience with SSDs, so keeping my fingers crossed.

> 3 dayMy complaint about the unit is its only 2 TB. Too bad it is not at least 4 TB or even 16 TB as it works well. On the plus side they are quick. I bought two and as long as you can keep them cool (I run a ran on them constantly) you can routinely see 900+ Mbits/sec read and write speeds. I use my two for temp files doing data processing so you read off a spinning hard drive to SSD then process the data. Given only 2 TB these can only be used for little jobs so they dont stay attached all the time. It is nice to to get them out and really use them for data header manipulation between different input datasets.

> 3 dayBought this to replace a standard HDD and boy was the SSD speed sweet. 90% faster than my HDD. LOVE IT! I just wish it had more memory but you pay for the SSD and never get as much memory!
