    The wife and I both run the 2TB version connected to our PS5 and we filled it with our old PS4 games to play on our PS5 from the external. Worked like a charm and is extremely fast. Its so tiny, we just tucked it behind our systems.

    When I bought this I was worried based on the previous reviews but with my thinkpad t480 It was blindingly fast. It took about 20 minutes to clone approximately 700+ gigabytes out of 1 TB compared to my Samsung T5 which took about 44 minutes for the same exact size and about four hours from my previous older Seagate slim drive Drive Drive remained cool. I used Acronis Back up software to clone

    Ive used a T5 drive for backing up my MacBook Pro via Carbon Copy Cloner for about a year. But I wanted a faster drive for photo and video editing. Enter the T7. I almost didnt buy this SSD due to the many awful reviews saying it overheats and makes Macs go bonkers. The drive works great with the supplied cables, but I picked up a short Thunderbolt 3 cable (Cal Digit and Plugable are great options). T7 works just as well as the supplied cables and gives me a little extra length. The drive stays cool even when transferring multiple gigabytes at once. This drive is just as good as the T5 and twice as fast. Buy it!

    The SSD does what it needs to, and at a very reliable and fast speed. I have had no issues with it and use it to store pictures and videos. If you need a SSD with fast speed, this is the way to go.

    Possible issues with the cable that was supplied with the device. Did not really troubleshoot after Tesla tech validated sentry mode was working fine.
