Greater than one weekWhen I compared the speed of the T5 500 GB SSD, which Ive owned for about 15 months, with that of the T7 500 GB SSD, which I just purchased, I found, to my dismay, that the T7 is 25% slower under the same test conditions!!! To me, the speeds advertised by Samsung for the T7 are just hype. I rarely write reviews, but this purchase is extremely disappointing.

> 3 dayGood for storage but you CAN NOT launch X/S optimized games from this without transferring to internal memory. Im not sure about the difference in transfer speed from internal SSD to this or vice versa. If its faster than HDD Ill update review.

> 3 dayThe drive easely hits 1000Mb/s with the 3.2 gen usb c cable, I use this drive to put VMs on it and do some fast document transfering. Would highly recommend.
