> 24 hourI used to get irritated when my kids would come out to my office and get dirt and grass all over my floor. The Robo-Shark has brought peace back into my heart like only a shark can. haha I would buy again. Just an FYI, it is a maintenance cleaner. Youll still have to vacuum the corners and edges of the room manually. Overall though its a great lil vacuum.

> 24 hourMost of the other reviews cover the great features of this robotic vacuum, so I will tell you of our experience in our two level house. I charged it and mapped the upstairs. It cleaned several times over the week transitioning from carpet to hardwood and hardwood to tile with a threshold and did a great job. Love the straight line pattern instead of the chaotic every which way program. Then I wanted to try the downstairs without loosing my upstairs map. I took Sharkie and the base downstairs, plugged him in and pressed clean on the app. We left to go out with friends and returned about 2.5 hours later and he was still cleaning! Half the livingroom had vacuum lines, but he was in another room. However, before he finished, the other half was done! He knew to come back and finish, even without mapping. We added hardwood floors over our old linoleum and this made the space up against the kitchen cabinets too short for the robot to go in. I thought I would just have to get that space by hand, but no! Somehow with the two sweepers and the edge blowing function, he got all the debris out of the toekick area. The only downside of not mapping before cleaning is that you can’t tell it to clean a specific room. If you want him to clean the whole level, just press clean. No map needed!

> 24 hourI have owned and still own the IRobot. Shark knocks the IRobot to the curb! I will only own Shark auto cleaner from now on. I now have three and the IRobot is in the attic for a yard sale.

> 24 hourWhy did I wait so long?! I love our robot vacuum. It is sort of like a little pet that sits in the corner patiently waiting to pick up the crumbs until you give it the command. We named ours Clean Latifah (or Queenie). She does a good job and we just love that it is one less thing to do. My house has never felt cleaner. Now if I could only get her to do the toilets! We got another one for the second story of our home and named her...Meryl Sweep! ;-)

> 24 hourPros: it picks up pet hair better than others *Its not too loud *The price is decent for having a tower Cons: *it gets clogged easily *It always (daily) gets stuck falling off stairs *It crashes into dog bowls a d doesnt care that its up in the air like a ramp, it will keep going and make a mess. *the battery is small and needs to charge often *no magnetic no go zone sensor *app is very limited and one of the worst apps out there as far as options go *no suction level customization *maps are inaccurate and dont seem to adjust over time *dust bin is tiny

> 24 hourThe robot just finished mapping the two rooms where it will be used and is now doing its first cleaning. It is considerably quieter than any vacuum I have ever owned. Its ability to navigate the house is better than my own; Im old. We got it because our two long hair, indoor cats somehow got fleas and an important part of the considerable effort required to rid the house of them is frequent vacuuming. I will update this review as I gain experience. So far, as I watch it clean, it has picked up every bit of visible cat hair and dirt. Fabulous so far.

> 24 hourThe app isn’t as nice as the roomba app, you can’t schedule cleaning multiple times a day. Or use it in other levels of a home. Hopefully Shark will improve the app soon. But other than that this beats my roomba in every other way. Quieter, more efficient, better mapping, less bumping and scuffing. It never gets lost, stuck or quits at a cliff. The whiskers spin slower so they don’t fling things around. The rollers don’t fill with dog hair and need cleaned every week and I have yet to come home and find it uncharged, hidden under a sofa and not on the dock. I did not think I’d like the auto empty feature but I do, very much. And I like that it’ll empty midway thru cleaning and go back to work. So much less dust when I don’t have to empty the tiny bin daily. I just wish these things cleaned pet hair just a little bit better and it’d almost replace my upright or stick vac….but that’s just not the case. But it helps.

> 24 hourI was so ready to absolutely love this vacuum and mop combo robot. I am a little disappointed. The vacuum and mopping the robot actually did was adequate. It vacuumed very well and mopped adequately for in between deep cleaning. In order to use the mop feature you have to designate carpet areas. I have area rugs in the kitchen and the living room. The carpet area zone feature would not let me designate a small and precise enough area for the rug so I ended up folding the rugs up and putting them in a chair or couch. This is not practical for every day usage so I will end up using the vacuum only function much of the time. This makes me really sad since the vacuum mop function was the main reason for the purchase. Another issue was I requested the robot to clean the entire house. It cleaned about a third of the area, went back to base and declared the job complete. I thought maybe it had gone back to base to chare but the battery was still at 40%. I waited a little while for the battery to charge completely and again requested a entire house clean. This time it cleaned about 40% of the requested area. My house still has not been completely vacuumed or mopped after two requests.

> 24 hourSo far Im loving this. It does a much better job than I expected it to. Its mapped the house and just goes about its business. It does take awhile, but worth it.
