> 3 dayI love this robot. It is less noisy than a regular vacuum except when it empties (which is a short amount of time). I couldn’t believe all the dirt it picked up the first time I used it.

> 3 dayI love that it empties itself out. It maps out the area and cleans anything it can get under. This has a hepa filter which is also a bonus. I have a service dog that does not shed and wears boots... she has a friend that always sheds. This shark picks up all the sand and fur that her friend drags in with her. This dont replace vacuums (get a mop and vac combo) but it is great for getting under the bed!

Greater than one weekHave owned a self emptying Shark robot vacuum for a few years. Previous robot started having issues and was offered a discount on same model (warranty had expired). Great customer service experience with Shark. Decided to upgrade to this model with AI. Couldnt be happier with performance. Superior mapping and matrix cleaning technology has helped keep our house with 2 large dogs, and a 2 year old much cleaner than before.

Greater than one weekI bought this to replace my original shark robot. It is a good way to keep your home lightly cleaned. The drawback is that if you have a large room, you need to stop and clean or replace the mop pad. Good thing they send two.

Greater than one weekThe picture posted is the one and only time this unit has been stuck and it has never gotten stuck there again. This cleans 200x better than my Eufy 30c. The self emptying feature is wonderful, I don’t know how I lived without it. With two dogs in the house, this unit is a must! I was really surprised with how clean the floors looked after the mopping feature as well. I am so glad I got this unit on sale because it is a life saver! Better than any Rumba or Eufy I have owned.

> 3 dayAfter a couple months with the Shark, I can safely say this: its great for daily carpet maintenance. Its quiet, thorough, and at max power the vacuum gets...about 90% of whats in its path. Is that disappointing? Not really. This is my first robot vacuum, and running this guy 5 mornings a week has my carpets looking cleaner than ever. It rarely gets stuck, has never gotten lost, and the base really does hold weeks of debris without needing emptied. Overall definitely worth the purchase. Some other quick takeaways: - If you have multiple levels (stairs) in your home your options are to either get multiple Sharks, carry it down to the level away from its base and manually start it (itll do the room, and return to where I started), or install a Roomba ramp. We went with the latter (pictured), and the little guy finds his way down to the living room each morning. - Itll get hung up around any obstructions lower than 4 inches or so. It eventually finds its way, but watching it bump around can be frustrating - The mop. Utterly useless. It basically vacuums while shimmying a wet microfiber cloth behind it. When the mop is installed, any carpet will get it stuck, so youve got the designate no-go areas. Filling and cleaning the reservoir is as much if not more hassle than filling a mop bucket. Its a Shark 1-in-1 for me. - Deep clean is cool. Drop it where you need extra cleaning, and itll work a 5x5 grid front and back, side to side. - The app is pretty cool, letting you visualize what the Shark sees and where it goes. You cant see where it is in real time, and can only schedule one cleaning per day, but otherwise it does everything I need. Overall, if you want a decent robot vacuum and love those fresh carpet lines daily, Id say go for it.

> 3 dayIt’s not perfect but it’s convenient and effective. We’ve used it 5 days a week for the past few months. It does a good job of keeping the floor vacuumed and mopped. Still leaves behind some clumps of hair and the floors aren’t that clean after mopping but they are shinier. It doesn’t have an indicator/sensor for the dust bin which can be clogged with the hair from our two cats. The dust bin and associated filter attached to the robot needs cleaned out at least weekly and it’s the same for the dock’s bin. I can’t imagine leaving this unattended for 30-60 days as advertised. Cleaning out the robot’s dust bin is annoying because I always feel like I’m going to break the small plastic clamps. The app is functional and has gotten better in the time I’ve had it. It’s easy to schedule the robot for cleaning and to access the history. I was happy to see they added a map of the cleaning history. It doesn’t allow me to invite others to “household” in the app so we have to share a login. The app also restricts you to one map meaning some setting are restricted if you want to use it on another floor. When I want to use it on another floor I place the robot on the dock, turn it off, take it to an open corner in the area I want cleaned, turn it on, then press clean. Despite the shortcomings I would but it again.

> 3 dayThe app isn’t as nice as the roomba app, you can’t schedule cleaning multiple times a day. Or use it in other levels of a home. Hopefully Shark will improve the app soon. But other than that this beats my roomba in every other way. Quieter, more efficient, better mapping, less bumping and scuffing. It never gets lost, stuck or quits at a cliff. The whiskers spin slower so they don’t fling things around. The rollers don’t fill with dog hair and need cleaned every week and I have yet to come home and find it uncharged, hidden under a sofa and not on the dock. I did not think I’d like the auto empty feature but I do, very much. And I like that it’ll empty midway thru cleaning and go back to work. So much less dust when I don’t have to empty the tiny bin daily. I just wish these things cleaned pet hair just a little bit better and it’d almost replace my upright or stick vac….but that’s just not the case. But it helps.

> 3 dayBought this on sale and I think it works much better than thr Roomba it replaced from 8 years ago along with one for the upstairs that was purchased at a similar price point. Unlike the Roomba it always finds the base station and it cleans itself to the base station. Its also less likely to get stuck in my opinion. Overall its decent and definelty would purchase again.
