> 3 dayLove the features in the app. You can label rooms, map out “no-go” areas. You can set it up to empty when it’s full, even if it’s in the middle of a cleaning; if the battery runs low in the middle of a cleaning, it will return to the base to charge and pick up where it left off as soon as it’s charged. Very hands off! The only down side is you can only select specific rooms if you manually start. You can’t set a schedule by room. I would love to run it every day and do certain rooms on certain days. But in the scheduler, you can’t choose certain rooms, but a time and it’s runs all of the rooms.

> 3 dayWhen I first got it, the option to have it dock after 30 mins of cleaning was on and it was taking almost a full day to clean my 1900 sq ft home between cleaning and charging. In fact, I was in the process of returning it because of this. However, once I realized what the issue was and shut it off, it was better. Even still, it will only clean about an hour before the battery runs low and it has to dock. After an hour of charging, it will then will start again and finish the rest of my house in the next hour. I still dont get the inefficient cleaning pattern it chooses because it will clean one room then all of a sudden go across my house to clean another room only to have to make a bee-line back to the first room to finish. I used to have another unknown brand that I loved but it was damaged by a dog toy that clogged the roller and damaged the part that holds and spins the roller. After about a month of research and comparison shopping, I chose this model based on the reviews and the features it had. It does a good job and eventually it will clean the house over a 3 hour period - so its good for now. Pros: - Good suction - does well with pet hair; I have 3 dogs and a cat - The self-empty feature is really good and not as noisy as others while emptying - It does eventually clean every area of my house, well - Back and forth cleaning pattern vs. bump and go - Always finds its way back to the docking station - Handles all my rugs well without getting stuck, dragging them or folding them over. Cons: - Battery life stinks - App is terrible - I have to log in each time I open it. Plus, it does not show you real-time information - it is only available after it docks.

> 3 dayI love everything about this vacuum! Mapped out my house and designated rooms on the app. I can set it to clean an individual room, the whole house or spot clean from anywhere with the handy Shark app. My floors have never been so clean. I set up no go areas on the app too, so he stays out of my kids rooms. Enter there at your own risk lol. They can vacuum their own room and I dont have to fear of this guy getting lost in their vortex of a room. However, if he does get stuck somewhere you get a notification on the app and you can locate him with the app too. It is also nice not having to empty him, he empties himself and I empty the been every couple of weeks and give him a good clean. Highly recommend this vacuum! Worth every penny, no doubt about it.

15-04-2025We have a cat and two German shepherds. This thing is a must have unless you enjoy vacuuming on a daily basis. I chose this over doing lots of research with just about every brand due to the fact that this has a bag less design. The description says 60 days without emptying the bin. That may be true for other people, but for me with our pets. I need to empty this thing between 1-2 weeks just with pet hair. If I had a model that required bags, I’d be paying the cost of this unit just in bags every year. This thing has already run through dog poop and urine. Which obviously should be avoided, but after some quick disassembly and cleaning it was back up in a few days going strong. Navigation is great and it cleans my whole first floor in about an hour. The only con for me is the app but there’s really nothing bad about it, it just could stand to have some more features. All in all this thing is great.

> 3 dayI’ve only had it for a few hours so I’ll only put 4 stars until I’ve had it longer and can better vouch for it but… I love it!! It’s amazing. As a working mom with a toddler, dog and spouse gone, it’s amazing to have this one thing off my plate and it makes me feel better about the condition the house is in every day. It’s gone over one small toy (a wooden shape) and made sound and just left it behind but I’m sure I’ll run into more issues in the future but I only expect so much out of it. It’s fairly quiet and I went over the area I did a test spot cleaning on with my dyson and didn’t really pick anything up. For something with this much function and so small I’m impressed.

Greater than one weekThis robot arrived a few days ago and I promptly set it up. It had no problem connecting to my eero mesh wifi, which supports 2.4 ghz as well as higher bands. The app setup was easy, and it did a good job mapping the floor. Then I sent it off to clean. The first time through I had to manually pull out all the hair and dust that it accumulated, despite using the setting to evacuate and resume which is supposed to empty itself more frequently. After that it has empted itself fine, and collected a TON of debris. One issue with the robot itself, I picked this model because the self cleaning brushroll was supposed to avoid getting tangled with hair, which is the bane of my existence with my upright vacuum. But no, I have to manually remove hair from the brushroll. Fortunately this is fairly easy to do. Other issue is with the app. There is an extended clean setting where it is supposed to just keep going and going until it has to recharge itself. But this setting would not turn on. I contacted support and they said they would have to perform a firmware update. This happened automagically and the next afternoon the setting worked fine. I wish there was a simple option to relocate the dock in case we decide to move it, but it appears that I will have to delete the map and run through the explore cycle again to do so. I think it is very dumb that you cant map multiple floors with different home locations if you want to relocate the dock to another floor and have it focus on that floor for a day or so. I put it in my basement but the layout is very different and it will clean awhile but eventually get lost. Also that carpet is pretty new and theres a lot of carpet fibers that need to be vacuumed, and it keeps getting clogged and the brushroll is covered in hair and carpet. Once I go through it a few times it should be easy to maintain, but its a pain to start, especially without an accurate map. Why not give the ability to map different floors? Seems like a reasonable feature to add. Overall giving it 4/5 because of the issues noted above, but it seems to work very well and the self-emptying feature is pretty great.

> 3 dayI used to get irritated when my kids would come out to my office and get dirt and grass all over my floor. The Robo-Shark has brought peace back into my heart like only a shark can. haha I would buy again. Just an FYI, it is a maintenance cleaner. Youll still have to vacuum the corners and edges of the room manually. Overall though its a great lil vacuum.

> 3 dayThe robot vacuum works well enough however I am underwhelmed with its ability to maneuver obstacles and it sees intake vents on the floor as cliffs and gets stuck (I had to make no-go zone around the vent). It also gets stuck on the objects on the floor that it should maneuver around. We like to schedule it to run at night but most nights it cant complete its run and we have a very obstacle free house. But the app is beyond bad. The history randomly wont show the map so I dont know where it has cleaned, you can only schedule once a day, and the notifications really dont tell me much (they seriously say the word cliff). This is my first experience with robot cleaners so maybe my expectation is too high but I am underwhelmed at best! But I am tempted to return it and see if the iRobot is just a better product.

> 3 dayThe robot just finished mapping the two rooms where it will be used and is now doing its first cleaning. It is considerably quieter than any vacuum I have ever owned. Its ability to navigate the house is better than my own; Im old. We got it because our two long hair, indoor cats somehow got fleas and an important part of the considerable effort required to rid the house of them is frequent vacuuming. I will update this review as I gain experience. So far, as I watch it clean, it has picked up every bit of visible cat hair and dirt. Fabulous so far.

> 3 day26 minutes, mapped the whole house. No errors. Doesnt bump into thing, which previous version did until it broke three bumpers. This one is louder. But does a great job. Working with Alexa is not great I give it a room to clean, then it clear the whole house. The app works perfect They should put a small piezoelectric spk that runs on a button battery for locating the unit when the main battery dies.
