Upgraded from a Blue Snowball and the sound is a world of a difference. Yes, this mic is like $320 more then a snowball so I would hope so. I did not get any sort of phantom power for this but I am using a Schiit Hel dac with my computer. So, it does have gain control on the mic input which I have turned just over halfway up and 100 percent volume in the computer. This made about perfect volume for speaking vocals. Singing I have to turn the volume down just a little. So just an FYI for anyone who happens to be using the same or similar type of dac. So overall great all around mic for amateur recording with a relatively simple set up.

Excellent sound quality for the money. Low tones, mid tones, high tones all sound great.

Un gros problème sur la livraison (résolu par Amazon Logistique) mais qui n’enlève en rien la qualité de ce micro, qu’on a finalement acheté en magasin !

As a DJ I trust Shure microphones both at home and on the road at my gigs. I recently started setting up a stream room and plan on beginning to stream several different types of content on the side for fun. I have a few other Shure Microphones but this is definitely one of the best youll get for streaming. Worth every penny. Easy to mount and adjust on my Mic arm as well.

This microphone has a very good frequency range, the low end is very pronounced which makes it perfect for podcast. You can also record vocals with this microphone and after a little bit of EQ, it sounds fantastic.

Really disappointed with this mic, no side rejection, sounded chaep. its suppose to be a cardiod mic that only picsk up whats in frotn of it but t was getting everything in the room and then some. Disappointed with the lack of rejection from side or distance. Sound quality was rather mid rangey. My overall thoughts on this? Eh..returned.

Das mikrofon ist echt gut! Ist nur auch sehr schwer und man sollte darauf achten, dass man einen Arm hat, der auch rechtzeitig ankommt hahaha
