One of the best dynamic microphones ever made. Nice frequency response and sensitivity.

Setting up and getting everything plugged in was very fast and simple. After setup and playing with the TC-Helicon GoXLR, my sound quality has noticeably improved. After years of using cheaper options, I would say to anyone, if you have the budget and would like solid sound quality, get it.

What it lacks in quality, it makes up for in costing a lot of money. Your friends will say, Cool mic! Bad audio, but very cool mic, and boy wont you feel like a champ.

This is one of those items I have wanted for a long time. I am a newer streamer and content creator for almost a year now. I had another mic which was pretty good, but I like the look of this mic and the quality of it. I had it in my wish list for months. I wanted something that sounded great and didnt easily pickup background noises. This seemed to fit the wants and needs I had in mind. I am not disappointed. One thing to note is you need a preamp along with some sort of cloud lifter device as it is a quiet mic. Id rather use hardware gain to get the volume where I like it over software. This mic and the needed pieces to go with it, in my opinion, is a serious investment. I am extremely happy with this mic and dont see the need to use anything else for quite a long time.

I love it. Its everything I have ever wanted from a microphone. Rich warm tones with no lip smacks or moisture sounds. Love it.

Yes this is arguably the best sounding mic in the market but it’s sensitivity is -69. Think about that. You need 69 dB gain just to get rid of static and white noise that this mic has. You will need a very expensive amp because $500 amps I tried along with cloudlifter still sounded like crap. Returned the mic and got a rhode nt1 instead
