The wind screen came all dirty, the back cover was missing from the box as well as the cable tie.

The mic met my expectations. It allows me to make decent recordings in my poorly sound-treated home studio, aka basement.

I have owned an SM7B for over 10 years, and during that time it has been put through the ringer. Moving from different locations for various VO work, recording music, even used it on stage as an overhead mic to pick up symbol crashes on drums (not recommended but it was all we had and we made it work).

Ive had this mic for a good while now and I dont regret buying it at all! It sounds great on my voice and its high quality. I think my biggest gripe is spending so much on a microphone that I dont really need for professional use right now. Perhaps in the future when I need to do voice recordings for videos or a podcast, but for now Im using it casually and I dont regret it either. Im thoroughly happy with it :)
