Very easy to follow installation instructions. Base station had minor problem finding WiFI, but after texting for help was up and going in a few minutes. Just had to reset by removing batteries

The major complaint that I have is that they advertise no hidden costs but then when you attempt to set up monitoring with notifications, you have to pay at least $9.99/month. Deceptive.

We set everything up within an hour, and the performance is very good. Way better than the old security system we had in our house!

Great product but the adhesive only works the way it should on dry wall which is not the same as door trim.

Adhesive lasts less than one month. Pieces fall and if alarm is on then the alarm is triggered. Nothing but a headache over and over.

I like everything about the system, noticed several comments about increased monthly cost if you add on apps and camera. The problem I have is I watched a video by lockpickinglawyer. He went right through it.

Love this brand

The system has limited integration potential with outside smart home services, and its best when used with the monitoring services that they offer. These services come at a not insignificant price, and theyre offered by third parties. They obviously would need access to lots of personal data, and if you start adding cameras (as they suggest), it gets even dodgier. Granted any monitored system needs this access, but in this case, its not clear who will get the data. With ADT, Brinks, etc... you know who youre dealing with. Likewise Ring is Amazon these days, and for better or worse, youve already trusted them with loads of your data. Here its a bit more of a risk. All of this aside, installation was a breeze. Its all rather well made.

Keep overcharging me even after I called in. Will report to BBB.
