Fulfills my need

I like everything about the system, noticed several comments about increased monthly cost if you add on apps and camera. The problem I have is I watched a video by lockpickinglawyer. He went right through it.

I recently dumped frontpoint and before that had ADT for decades. The switch was easy. SimplySafe devices are quality, better priced, and SS destroys the service from frontpoint and ADT.

Super easy to install.

Purchased for our 2nd home and this system is awful. Cameras are fuzzy and usually in black and white even when lights are on. Recoding is spotty and never truly activated correctly. Missing content and app is awful. I do not recommend. Going back to google.

Horrible. Two weeks after install, door sensors stopped working. Motion sensor never worked. I have consistently had issues with the App not connecting to base station. A total waste of money.

This system is installed in my summer house where there is no cable or wifi available. Setup was very easy and when I called the tech service to have the system tested, they found no problem registered the system and was good to go. Without wifi, I could not use a camera, but I dont find that as a problem.

It took a while to install but it works perfect.
