Very fast and easy to use, no mater how much yarn you need to wind. I love that the cakes sit flat and dont roll all around like a ball does. I dont have to keep it corralled . I havent had any issues!

Bought this as a gift for my daughter at Christmas. She spins her own yarn and she is picky about products. She loves this. Great price and totally as pictured. Arrived in plenty of time.

I’m giving 4 stars on “easy to use” because it took several winding sessions to loosen up the gears. The crank was hard to turn at first, and we had to add more oil to make it glide easily. But, after doing that a few times, it works like a dream! I love the way it cakes my yarn! And when I use the same brand swift with it, makes my knitting project go that much faster, since all of the yarn cakes come out as a center pull!!

I am very please with this winder. Never had one before to compare it with but this makes a fast work of the job.

I always have a fight with most ball winders and this makes winding so easy.
