> 24 hourJust started to use this pad and found that it holds water well. Has not buckled and the picture I was painting I used quite a bit of water on. My paint did not change color when dry.

> 24 hourI am really enjoying this visual journal, which in reality is just a spiral-bound sketchbook with a sturdy cover. The quality of the paper is nice, and overall I have no complaints.

> 24 hourLove this journal for doodling. Never have trouble with smudging with different pens and really like the thick paper.

> 24 hourExcellent quality cardstock within- takes wet very well and all other media i use. Gelatos - acrylics- mod podge - collage paper use- fabric gems etc etc. Under front cover is lovely dark brown marled effect cover front and back. Thick cardboard and very glossy making work durable and safe. I have had other notable brands before as large art journal but this is the best so far. I love the ring binder as central binding as it gives work a flat base either side to use both sides of the paper. LOVE IT and you will too......pricey but then so are all the others of note.

> 24 hourI use it a sketch book, also allows you to use alcohol based markers in it without much worry of destroying the paper,

> 24 hourI’ve been practicing watercolor for 2 years now and tried several sketchbooks and watercolor papers. This is by far the worst compared to those I’ve tried: Canson XL, Paul Rubens, Arches, and Ohuhu. It’s not suited for washes, layers, or even watercolor. It handled Gouache ok. I would not recommend for beginners because they would be very disappointed in their results and may give up their watercolor journey.
