I was really surprised when I opened this journal to find such great, thick paper. These would be great for just about any media. Im using it for mixed media and watercolors. The pages lie flat because of the ringed binding, which is so helpful! I will buy another when I fill this one up!

Ive been working in this journal and I like it a lot. This one is only 90 lb, and Im using a lot of wet media, so I am putting gesso on the pages first. With that one thing, it is standing up extremely well. I also bought a smaller 140 lb water color journal from this manufacturer, and it is also an excellent product at a great price.

This journal is good for all types of art. The compact size makes it easy for travel and can always be tucked in your bag for unexpected wait times. Good paper for ink, drawing, water color and collage. Fun. Good little gift for an artist.

Always looking for an excuse to get one, & a multi medium class Im taking on line recommended it specifically. Lays nice and flat.

It’s great paper for testing new brushes, brush strokes, skin color combinations, etc. Thick paper but seems different quality on a back side of the page and front side of the page has better quality. I wouldn’t use it for serious artworks though.

love the size for traveling!! The paper thickness holds up to various mediums. A really good journal! The idea is wonderful!
