> 24 hourI love this journal. The pages are very sturdy. I do a lot of doodling and use paints, markers, pens, etc and this journal can take it all.

> 24 hourThis is my first art journal and I have to say its taking a beating! I always gesso each page before I start to help save my water color and such. Love it.

> 24 hourI am very disappointed this journal was not inserted into its own bubble sleeve before shipping with other items in a large bubble envelope. There was damage as shown by the torn area and other smaller dings and general rubbed edged on the covers. Not a good look for an Art Journal.

> 24 hourThese are the handiest books around for either watercolor or Bristol paper. I just love them and use them all the time.

> 24 hourThis is good paper for field work in water media. Its heavy enough and the way the pad is designed - hard cardboard backing on both ends of the stack - makes for solid painting without an easel. Ive used up two of these already on trips and look forward to more. I doubt that this is your super high quality high cotton content paper, or it would have said that, so please do not expect Arches premium stock. This is just very good paper that is probably pulp and probably has some kind of sizing. The size is just right for my bun bag field watercolor studio.
