> 3 dayThese are great umbrellas, especially for the price. I have had a couple for several years. They open strongly automatically, ready to go. The button to close merely collapses the dome, it doesnt retract all the way until you push it back by hand and reload the spring. The dome is a good size (54) and covers two people walking arm in arm. The umbrella is pretty durable metal, stronger than most. The grip is large and comfortable. The sheath slides on easily without snaps or buttons. Folded, this is not a compact umbrella but very comfortable, sleek and well balanced to carry. Best of all Totes warrantees it for any failure for life- $5 for return shipping.

> 3 dayI had this same line of auto umbrella for 6 years. Where Im at it rains 150 in/year and umbrellas are common, however this size auto umbrella is not found anywhere near me. All are those small purse type that covers half of ones body, and in my case useless when theres wind. This umbrella is small when closed and golf sized when open and closes quickly when I need to get in the car. Perfect. I needed another umbrella because I lost my original one. I read somewhere that the typical life of an umbrella is 2 years. While this lasted me longer, its not bullet proof. I took good care of it over the years and it kept me dry. Of course Id recommend it.

Greater than one weekYou are probably looking at this review and thinking what is this guy saying in the title protects me from rain? Of course it does its an umbrella! Well let me explain. Any Umbrella Ive ever bought from my local Walmart has never lasted more than a day. Seriously? We live in 2020 learn how to make a damn umbrella. So last week before I had this Totes Umbrella I was left with a broken one so I had to walk into work fully soaked and unprotected from the rain. Therefore I had to specifically mention that Totes lives up to their name and this umbrella definitely does its job and protects me from rain.

> 3 dayI bought one of these in 2013 (right) and another in 2022 (left). The only difference between them is that the velcro strap now has a totes tag on the end of it. The skeleton structure is identical and is even stamped with the same ENSON-D4 part number. I replaced mine because the rubberized handle degraded and became sticky. Sitting in my car for nine years no doubt had something to do with it. Id have no reason to replace the old model if not for the handle. The mechanisms work, the canopy is flawless, and the skeleton is sound. Angle it into the wind and Id say youll have a great umbrella for about 8 years.

> 3 dayWhen open, this umbrella certainly gets the job done by keeping you dry and is large enough to keep another person dry as well. It has a push button feature to open which is convenient but, wish the button would work to close the umbrella, as you have to unlatch it as with any standard umbrella. Also, this umbrella when completely stored and bundled up, its a little thick and heavier compared to your standard compact umbrella, but go figure, at least itll fit in your bag compared to your regular golf umbrella which you have to carry around like a cane.
