> 24 hourThis product works and it’s not a password reset/back up disc. It’s a password zapper, as in gets rid of your password so you don’t need it to login. You can always add one after, but it gets rid of the current password.

> 24 hourI keep trying to get this item to work to no avail. Boots but doesnt load actual tool program just sits there. I followed instructions and nothing. Used tools to make sure nothing is encrypted, check. Restarted many many many many many many times nothing. How can it boot but refuses to load actual password zapper or reset program. Very angry and displeased I just want my laptop back without wiping or losing data.
