A top notch computer place wanted to charge me two hundred dollars to do what this little gadget did for way less. It comes with easy instructions and took about 5 minutes to do.

I got this less than an hour ago. It took ten minutes to be successful. If I had carefully followed directions, it wouldnt taken half that time. Impatience on my part. Also, the f key to hit for my hp laptop to select the boot menu was correct on the instructions. I googled it first and the instructions from those results were wrong. I also am not especially computer savvy when it comes to troubleshooting and I was able to use this.

Followed instructions to the letter. Attempted MULTIPLE times still would not work for me. Tech support - Try and try again. I’m returning it was no help for me at all. Was hoping for value for the money but I’m heading to a tech nerd now which will cost me $100 for consult.

This was a lifesaver! It unlocked a computer that was given to me (and they couldnt remember the password) in just seconds . I was beyond estatic

You guys probably doing it wrong It works.

I plugged it in, and nothing happened. I tried several things to get it to do something. I failed.

It zapped the forgotten password that you can create new password!

NOT COMPATIBLE WITH HP. WOULD NOT RECOGNIZE THE AS A RESET. VERY DISAPPOINTED
