This was new to me and he walked me through from the beginning to the end. He knows his product.

This worked for my Dell computer. I forgot my password to my Dell. I tried all the free ways mentioned online to overcome passwords but nothing worked. This device cleared my passed within two minutes. It would have worked faster if I knew what I was doing, but being 70 years old and not familiar with the process forced me to read instructions.

This little gadget saved me from losing all my data!! I had been using a pin to sign on, but what I didnt know is when I reinstalled windows, it no longer mattered that I used a pin - I needed the password. I couldnt remember the initial password I used when I purchased my computer so many years ago, and that was even with a password hint!! I literally tried every trick I knew and googled. Nothing worked. BUT THIS DID!! This is the absolute best $20 I ever spent. It is super easy to use. Just follow the instructions. I am so grateful for this little device. Its a true miracle worker!!!!

It worked as promised if you follow the instructions word to word after stumbling along I was able to reset my administrator password on my wifes computer, safe again.

I was at my wits end when I have not been able to log in to my computer because I forgot my password. I sent an email on July 28th to The Jolly Shopper and I received a call later on from a representative by name of Matt, because of the time difference I was unable to talk to him. We set up a time for 12 noon on July 30th. Matt went beyond the norm to assist me, he not only provided me with additional instructions to reset my password, he went step by step. I am one grateful and satisfied customer whereas he lifted a load off my shoulders and now I am able to access my files. KUDOS TO MATT, THANKS SO SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP

FORGOT PASSWORD-THIS HELP ME TO RESET.

This didn’t work after multiple tries on my daughters HP. I tried it again a few weeks later and it worked!

Spent several hours working on this. Maybe a computer expert could get results, but it’s not for the average person.
