> 3 dayIm not one to commonly leave a review - but quite satisfied with this. Took me a few attempts and a bit of trial and error, but it removed the password and allowed access to an older Dell Latitude computer. What finally worked for me - and what the otherwise clear instructions didnt mention fully - was to use the User Name of the password that was deleted during the process (leaving the password field blank) before attempting to sign in after a reboot. Once that was done I was able to sign in - and then reset the computer to its original factory settings.

> 3 dayI used this product to reset my computer password. It did that but also deleted all my emails, documents and photos!! If you need help to reset your computer password take a look it a computer shop and let a professional do it for you! I took mine in and they were able to recover my e-mails but not my documents or photos!

> 3 dayI keep trying to get this item to work to no avail. Boots but doesnt load actual tool program just sits there. I followed instructions and nothing. Used tools to make sure nothing is encrypted, check. Restarted many many many many many many times nothing. How can it boot but refuses to load actual password zapper or reset program. Very angry and displeased I just want my laptop back without wiping or losing data.

> 3 dayThe ease of use was great! For my project it worked perfectly. I had an old CPU with WIN 7 and could not remember the password. I was resetting the password in a matter of minutes. 1 Tip; Read the instructions and youll do fine. BY the way it was an HP I reset. Not sure of other manufacturers but worked on HP.
