I had spent most of my day two days ago trying to get into a Windows 10 laptop that had stopped taking the pin number and we had forgotten the password. I have been trying to break into my college laptop for WEEKS! For the life of me I could not remember my password. I YouTubed how to get pass the password for my specific laptop (Lenovo) and the video showed a “password USB key”. Naturally, I ran to Amazon, read the reviews and figured it didn’t hurt to try! Forgot password I changed right before vacation.

Tech support sucks! Needed to unlock bios never received the “email” on the “how to” unlock bios! So this was a waste of my $$

Easy product to use... could not figure out on my part how use my PC. But customer service on their end was great. Amazon doesnt let you talk directly to vendor ; but vendor did email until I read up and running. Made sure I was good to go.
