So, first off I actually expected this to be a scam but since I was purchasing through Amazon, I knew I could return it if it was. It was used on a old windows 7 that ran some important software for a memory care facility and had a password that no one knew so it was totally locked out. There was no existing OS or software anymore. Used ZWIZX password reset to remove the password and it worked flawlessly. Saved almost $7k in having to replace the pc and needed software. Thankyou!

I thought I had lost access to my laptop. After I had run msconfig and changed some settings I could not login. This usb allowed me to login as an administrator and go back and change the setting back to what it was . Now, my laptop is accessible as before.

We lost/forgot the password to our Dell laptop running Windows 10. After contacting Dell tech support, who could not really help, I thought for sure that we either had to take it to the Geek Squad ($$$ plus they would probably end up wiping out the data in the process) or 86 the laptop entirely. After a bit of Googling and research, I ran across the Password Zapper. I generally worry about using/installing/downloading unknown programs, but after reading mostly glowing reviews of the program and the support offered, I decided to give it a whirl. And, I am so glad I did. The Password Zapper WORKS and though I did have to figure out how to boot from the USB, it was a piece of cake after that. The enclosed instructions are detailed and accurate, but I would definitely recommend reading them several times before actually proceeding and then proceeding slowly and with care. I did email Customer Support (that info is included with the Zapper) and got a very prompt reply from Matt with an offer to walk me through the process via phone call. I ended up not needing his assistance, but it was consoling to know that he was there if I needed assistance (Thanks, Matt). I know that there are some negative reviews of this product, but I sincerely think that if your password isnt working, youre running one of the listed Windows systems, and you take the time to fully understand the instructions, this program is a winner.

i got this to retrieve the password to get into the tec part of the program , i got as far as it was ready but tablet said it wasnt a reboot memory stick. So I had to reset the tablet to factory specks,

This thing doesn’t even work like how it is supposed to I hooked it up to my pc and it says “not a valid disc”

This did not work for me I ended up using utube and was able to unlock my password that way.

Like it just have not had to use it yet
