After trying everything I could find on the internet I stumbled across this little gadget. I was a bit skeptical but ordered it confident that I could send it back if it didn’t work. Just a few minutes after opening the package I was able to access my old laptop whose password I had forgotten! Great product - just as advertised.

Be sure to read the enclosed directions before attempting to use this device. It worked as advertised and I gained access to my computer in less than 10 minutes.

I got this less than an hour ago. It took ten minutes to be successful. If I had carefully followed directions, it wouldnt taken half that time. Impatience on my part. Also, the f key to hit for my hp laptop to select the boot menu was correct on the instructions. I googled it first and the instructions from those results were wrong. I also am not especially computer savvy when it comes to troubleshooting and I was able to use this.

I bought the ZWIZX USB Password Reset Boot Flash Drive for my Lenovo laptop Windows 11 computer because I could no longer log into the computer. The product did what it was advertised to do. It did take a bit longer than expected to accomplish. One thing Id like to correct from other reviewers is that this program will work with Windows computers that are protected by Bitlocker. My computer is protected by Bitlocker and it worked. What you will need is your Bitlocker 48 digit recovery key from Microsoft to give you permission to boot from the ZWIZX USB Password Reset Boot Flash Drive. What I didnt like about the program was that once into it the mouse pad was no longer active ( the accompanying instructions assume you have a mouse). I took several hours of trial and error to learn what keyboard keys to use to navigate in the program to get it to work. The instructions did not address this issue and that is why I am only giving three stars. For the money this is a good program and is worth it. I will end with saying no mater what program you choose if your computer is protected by Bitlocker you will need the recovery key.

Well I found myself with a laptop that had password and pin info reset by some unknown entity and needed to get into the computer for my daughter’s online school final schedule.

Did absolutely nothing tried everything. Its literally just a USB stick.
