A top notch computer place wanted to charge me two hundred dollars to do what this little gadget did for way less. It comes with easy instructions and took about 5 minutes to do.

Doesn’t work

It may have taken some work to function properly but overall the experience was satisfactory. the instructions that come with the usb helped. I am definitely happy with the product.

Did nothing

First of all this item did not come brand new!! It was placed in a ziplock bag. This is very useless!!

After trying everything I could find on the internet I stumbled across this little gadget. I was a bit skeptical but ordered it confident that I could send it back if it didn’t work. Just a few minutes after opening the package I was able to access my old laptop whose password I had forgotten! Great product - just as advertised.

Easy to use. Needed to recover a laptop from a domain. Set bios to boot from USB, then followed instructions.. couple clicks and it was done. Very nice
